The property is under construction. The work started really early on our first morning but after I gave them the feedback, it got better. The room is really not sound proof. I was woke up in the middle of the night by some happy noise next room connected to our room. I could clearly hear the movement and conversation of the people making the movement.

The Wi-Fi in our room was awful. Also, the heater unit blows directly onto the person who sleeps closest to the window (We were in a renovated room).. Made for a very rough sleep as it is just an inch away from that side of the bed. Breakfast options were good and the room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was great.

There weee two woman swearing and screaming in the lobby. Little was done to deescalate it. The elevator and hallway were dirty. The breakfast was very good.

Check in process was very slow with only one worker and she was tied up on a call. The Property is in the process of renovations. I was in room 307. The 3rd floor has been renovated and looks great. Rm 307 had some patchwork on the wall near the ceiling and still needs to be painted. A large mirror was off the wall, leaning agaist the closet doors. The door to the hallway was very squeaky. Overall, once everything is place, it was a nice stay. Comfortable bed and pillows.

We were upgraded to a newly renovated room which was great however other patrons let the property down. There was vomit out the front door and patrons hanging around outside

The staff as always is amazing, the problem was the condition of the room, sink coming off the wall, carpet torn up, stunk like smoke.... and the list goes on.... if there was another room available the staff would have moved us but unfortunately there were no other rooms. It would have been nice if we would have been offered a discount or some form of compensation for the terrible room conditions, but oh well.

We just traveled through, it’s convenient and easy to sleep in and take off the other day. Our room is a little bit smelly, we spray some perfume to cover it. Other than that, price worthy and okay with stay.
