There should be a lounge in addition to the sports bar for people who enjoy a quieter more cozy experience for dining and socializing. The sports bar and pool tables etc are great if that’s the vibe you are going for but if not it feels a little impersonal. The food is excellent there and the staff are very nice but it’s not the kind of venue where someone can read a book and relax easily. The seating is also not very comfortable for a person with disabilities which I have.

The staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful! Our room, while convenient with pets, wasn’t as clean as one would expect for a hotel. Stains on the walls of the bathroom. Under the beds look like it hasn’t been touched in months with trash underneath . If the dogs ball didn’t roll under, we wouldn’t have noticed. Some of the surface areas were dusty.

short notice due to another hotel's mixup. they accomodated nicely. beds were comfy but not overly large. staff was very friendly. the manager (debbie i think) we met was awesome and so friendly! amazing pool area with tropical feel.

Renovate the Bathrooms
I have stayed at this hotel several times. Only complaint is the bathrooms. They require renovation. The size of room is good but the height of the vanity is very low, about 32", should 36". The toilets are awful about 11" high. They should be 17". Really hurts my back.
