This comfortable & welcoming 2 bdrm apt (part of a duplex) is recently renovated & close to restaurants, shops, and provides easy access to Burlington and to the highway for skiing/snowboarding in the beautiful Green Mountains. Features include re-finished original wood floors, stainless appliances, cast-iron sink, cherry counter top, W&D, and very efficient Rinnai heater.

The space
You will be renting a 2 bdrm 1 bath apartment. The apartment is the upstairs apartment in a duplex with a yard, one off-street parking spot on the left of the driveway in front of the garage. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to downtown Winooski offering dining and live music options, as well as the beautiful Winooski river and waterfront trails for walking in nature.
Some IMPORTANT RULES to note:
1) Unfortunately at this time there is no fire pit allowed outside (safety/liability)
2) Hot tub and yard are available but may be shared with guests below.
3) No glass, or smoking of anything in or within 2 feet of the hot tub (safety)
4) No intoxication of any kind while using hot tub (safety/liability)
5) Porch is non-smoking (as is the house) and unavailable after 7pm.
6) Sorry for all the rules, but we'd prefer to avoid problems :-)

Enter to the door to the right, Apartment B, on the porch, go up the stairs, and the door enters into the kitchen to your left, bedroom number one is to your right, & the bathroom is in front of you.
Other things to note
There will be a $75 additional request made if the hot tub is not respected.
There is an additional fee of $200 for cleaning if you smoke Anything in the house including marijuana
