The experience was not great due to noisy dogs from the next room, and the tub and sink were extremely clogged. The first desk was notified about the issue and nothing was done to fix it. However, the room was clean and location was convenient.

Sad when I saw property online it was totally different, we had wallpaper hanging off walls , mold open vents, a shower head that barely dribbling. The only high light was the friendly staff, the attempted to assist with our issues , moved our room , cleaned mold from shower and replaced shower head. I thanked them they were the only reason we stayed

charged the price of the room as a security deposit without warning then said expedia reservation wasn’t enough proof to check in. made us drive back to my home 20 miles away to retrieve my ID, ruined an incredibly special night… will never recommend to visitors to my city.

I booked this room several months ago when my husband scheduled an upcoming surgery. My husband and i had to leave our home @ 2am to get to his surgery site. My husband's surgery was completed early and we wanted to check in to get some much needed rest it was 12pm. We where told it was to early for check-in however after hearing our story they found us a room that was clean and ready. They made sure it was close to the parking lot due to my husband not being able to walk comfortably. I room was clean, and had all the administers needed. My only compliments is the pillows where small!! However i would stay again simply for their kindness! THANK YOU

The room was fine except for the mold around the tub. The microwave was very noisy. The area right around the motel did not feel as safe as I would have liked. You could not take any food at breakfast with you, and that was inconvenient.

Broken lock on the door, visible bugs crawling everywhere, blood stains on the carpet, ripped furniture, stained ceiling, smelled of smoke…unsafe and scary. We didn’t stay and awaiting refund. Quality Inn has agreed to a full refund - awaiting Expedia to provide it.

My room was not cleaned well. The desi and night table had wet, sticky substances on them, the desk chair had hair and tiny debris on if and the carpeting had tons of black, tarry pebbles that i stepped on all night. The TV was weird too; to get the channels to change, I had to do a 10-minute rebooting process (which apparently is required for all guests in every room to work the channel changer. The bright soot was a guy named Tom who was very easy to deal with in that we couldn’t get there the first night and he gave us a credit no queations asked
