When everyone returns from a full day on the slopes, the two gas fireplaces, plush furnishings in the living area, and a homecooked meal will be the perfect combination for chilling out. Not to mention, the free WiFi and flatscreen TV can provide ample entertainment as the kids play a round of foosball downstairs.

Sitting within walking distance of the best restaurants and shops in Winter Park, you and your guests will have no trouble getting a taste of everything this mountain town has to offer. When you want to indulge in a full day of fresh powder, make your way three miles south and experience some of the best powder in the area. Don't worry about the commute on and off the mountain, as a shuttle can whisk you away to the village area in no time. Come summer, the hiking and biking trails will be an outdoor enthusiast's dream come true. Plus, Hot Sulphur Springs can be a great day trip just 27 miles north. (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The place worked out well for us. Liked having a garage and hot tub, 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Kitchen was well stocked. Furnishings were a bit dated, but would stay here again.

Get what you pay for

The place is….. fine. It holds a lot of people and has all the necessary amenities. That said since it’s managed by vacasa and not an individual, there’s a lot of little things. 1-ply toilet paper, the furniture is beat up, the place isn’t super clean, there’s not enough toiletries and what is there is cheap. No attention to details. That said it’s big, gets the job done if you don’t care about any of that stuff.

Great Location in Winter Park

We really enjoyed this property for 8 guests. We had plenty of room to gather as a family, in addition to private space for each couple. The private hot tub was the icing on the cake! The home provided everything we needed and the kitchen was equipped nicely for all the meals that we prepared at home. The location was within walking distance of restaurants and groceries and close to the shuttle bus. We would highly recommend this home for a great vacation in Winter Park.

working so limited time in property

we have stayed in red quill property for the last four years and had two of them rented this year. We love the units and location. The issue we had with this property...it appears the owner has pets and there was a faint smell of urine in the carpets, especially the stairs. I am a pet owner and also a VRBO owner so familier with the challenges of pets. I do not think my employees noticed, but I definately got wiffs of urine thoughout the stay and wanted to convey that. I good carpet cleaning is probably in order. The other unit we rented was predominatnlly hardwood floors which may be an option in the future if their pets are older or not house trained well. Just some feedback.. Other than that, we loved the unit and love the red quill properties

Perfect venue for a group

Close to hikes and a perfect hot tub to relax after a few hours on the trail, this home was perfect for us. Spent lots of time playing darts and foosball and the additional board games made for a perfect home base. Thank you!
