Es hat mir gar nicht gefallen! Das Zimmer war furchtbar. Das Frühstück war schlecht. Das Personal war unfreundlich. Alles in allem ein Reinfall! Die Staft Wismar hingegen, war sehr sehenswert!!!

Um zum Zimmer zu gelangen,musste man durch das Restaurant, empfand ich als unangenehm,besonderes in der Coronazeit. Zimmer war unter dem Dach, dem entsprechend sehr warm

vielen Dank für das Feedback. Wir sind ein Hotel mit 6 Gebäuden und es ist korrekt, dass es bei 3 Häusern erforderlich ist durch den Restaurantzuweg zu gehen. Da es sich aber um den Weg und nicht die unmittelbare Restaurantfläche mit den Tischen handelt, denken wir das dieses eigendlich kein Problem sei sollte. Sagen sie aber gerne bei Ihrer nächsten Buchung bescheid, dass Sie dieses nicht möchten und sie können dann nach Verfügbarkeit in einem der anderen Häuser untergebracht werden.Endlich ist der Sommer da, da haben wir bis Anfang August drauf warten müssen somit ist es normal das die Zimmer sich dann aufheizen wenn täglich an die 30 Grad Aussentemeratur sind. Wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute und freuen uns auf einen erneuten Besuch in unserem Hause und verbleiben mit freundlichen Grüßen City Partner Hotel Alter Speicher Svenja Preuss
