Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Very poor customer service
Checked in fine and straightforward and lovely evening meal. But went to bed at 10pm and my room was situated right above the bar and close to the stairs, I had to call reception at 11pm as extremely loud and rowdy group of guests so couldn’t get to sleep, eventually had enough so went downstairs at midnight as couldn’t tolerate anymore, after this the bar closed but barely slept after that. Then went for breakfast and the waitress asked for my room number and showed me to my table, I then proceeded to get my breakfast at the buffet. It was then in front of several other guests the waitress came upto me and said you haven’t paid for breakfast to be included , I insisted I had but she wasn’t listening so I had to go reception and then the receptionist even said I hadn’t paid for it either. Once I got my banking app open and showed them I had they said sorry. But this was certainly not good enough and very unprofessional.
