Our home is only 15 minutes from Colloca Estate Winery, great for your wedding guests stay.Great area for relaxing, fishing, boating, and taking in the lake life moments of Sodus Bay near by. You can also take a day and travel to the several wineries and breweries nestled in the Finger Lakes Region.This is a recently renovated home with three bedrooms and several modern details. So come kick back and enjoy the beautiful Port Bay and surrounding Finger Lake Region.

Amazing weekend
I was celebrating my daughter graduating from College and even though it was 40 minutes away from her University, the drive was worth it!! the Lake house was as stunning as the pictures portrayed. Everything was spotless and the decor was spectacular. the views from the living room and sunroom were amazing. My daughters spent the day on Mothers day as we did brunch and it was a great way to celebrate while sitting in the sunroom enjoying family time. the neighborhood was so peaceful. Absolutely loved the property. the Ercan Family was amazing and touched base with the check in process and made the process flawless. Thank you Ercan family for sharing your home with my family.

Great Stay on The Water
This place was perfect for us! My fiancé and my 13-year-old twins could not have been happier. 3 Smart TVs (we brought firestick) great Wi-Fi so kids were happy! Place was immaculate, with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows, and close to town if you need to pick anything up. I even managed to catch some fish right in our backyard. They had kayaks and a canoe (we did not use) but were easily accessible. Great stay, easy in and easy out. We would stay there again!!! Thanks.

Lake Ontario gem
Clean, nicely renovated home on a little inlet off Lake Ontario. We enjoyed the provided kayaks and the enclosed porch on the lovely,and sometimes rainy days we used the house. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of counter space to cook. Very much appreciated that the cleaners found a sentimental watch that was mailed back to us.

Perfect for Family
Great place for our family of 4. The sun porch was perfect for enjoying the view, eating and playing games without mosquitos! Easy drive to Sodus Point and Fair Haven State Beach. Every detail was well thought out by the hosts. Would definitely stay here again.
