Great House
Very clean, although it seemed to be an older lake house, the cleanliness and quality of furniture was comfortable and great!

Summer Vacation
The decor was absolutely beautiful! The host responded to messages the day of arrival, however, did not respond after check in. The tv in the twin room did not work. The knob for the faucet in the bathroom came off in hand and was difficult to use. The listing stated there would be a kayak for use during stay, however, there was not. The host did not respond to concerns over the missing kayak. The day planned of kayaking with the children had to be canceled. When we first arrived, a red kayak was seen loaded on the vehicle that was at the home cleaning. This is a huge disappointment for us. The home is also easy to miss from the road at night and during the day. It could use a light of some sort at the road or even a landmark of sorts. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

Be careful
Nice house but had an old house smell . The bathtub is dangerous. First shower I felt the danger. It was super slippery . Next shower I busted my ass and hit my head on edge of tub . Next shower being totally aware of the tub I slipped again and two toes jammed into the drain . Kicked my ass . At the fire pit you could hardly carry a conversation do to the traffic that never stops from 5 am to nearly midnight. I would stay again if I couldn’t find anything else

needs updating
I stayed overnight with my adult children. When we first arrived, I contacted the owner to let her know that the basement door had a large crack in it from knob lock to the dead bolt. The knob lock was barely holding on. My daughter went to use the bathroom sink and the faucet knob came off in her hands. I later read a previous review that had mentioned this in July. The owner should have at least addressed this issue since it was previously mentioned. We booked this property in May and all the reviews were good. All the doors stick from paint build up. The owner never replied to my messages about the crack in the door, faucet, or that the front and back door were both unlocked when we arrived. The kitchen had a nice new stove and fridge. The beds were not comfortable. The game closet has a very strong musty odor. My son opened a game on the entertainment center, the game was missing and had some mold in the container.

Property needs thorough cleaning and repairs
Disappointed in condition of the property. In need of many minor repairs. Doors all stick, bathroom faucet handle comes off in your hand, kitchen is so full of stuff renters will never use that there was no room to store groceries or cook, front steps are in need of repair, rear screened-in porch door had loose screen and would not close. A/C unit in the living room is a nice addition but it doesn’t fit tightly in the window allowing bugs to enter. Several other minor repair items throughout. Property sits on a very busy road (not a quiet neighborhood). Shower stopped draining on the second day of our stay and when I contacted the owner she recommended that I go to the local hardware store to get a drain clearing product, which she did offer to pay for. Bottom line is that we were disappointed with this property and would not rent it again or recommend it to others. John Satrom

Comfy Beds
It was clean and fully lit up when we got there, with a bottle of wine waiting for us. We are not wine drinkers, but a nice gesture. It was a bit smaller than expected (I believe the photos make it appear bigger), but the LR furniture and queen bed were pretty comfortable (with no shortage of pillows). Having a comfortable bed always rates high on our list when looking for lodging and you never know what you’re going to get. There was, however, an odd noise (much like a random drip on a drum) heard from the bedrooms that we’re assuming was the result of the rain as it did rain during most of our stay. The larger (relatively level) driveway was also a perk. Being there for Bike Week, we had no issues loading and unloading the bike. Overall, we’re not complainers and despite that there were a handful of things in the home that certainly needed attention, it didn’t detract from the stay for us and the pups.

Will definitely stay again
The property fit my family needs perfectly. We arrived at night, however the house and driveway were lit up nicely. We brought our 17 foot tracker boat, the driveway had plenty of room for the truck boat and probably 4-5 more cars if needed. We utilized the screened in porch in the mornings and evenings, so beautiful. We had a fire in the back yard and ate pizza around the fire and had a wonderful evening. Our Ausiedoodle had plenty of room to play in the yard and sit around the fire with us. The host was great at communication, which was great since this was the first time we have used VRBO, and even had a bottle of wine waiting for us on the table. I left my phone at the house, the host found that it was mine and made arrangements for me to come pick it up, how kind is that!! To sum it up, we had the time of our lives nd look forward to being able to return again soon

Great location, great place to stay.
We enjoyed our time here and would love to stay here again! Convenient to town and the lakes! Nice amenities, nice house, great parking, love the fridge! The house is a bit older and adds to the charm. We went on a particularly hot week so the window air conditioner and fans really helped out with keeping us cool. Stocked kitchen and linen closet were great too. Thank you.

Great location!
My family and I stayed here for 1 week in July. It’s five minutes to downtown Wolfeboro, where we enjoyed shops and ate at Downtown Grill Cafe and Marker 21. We also brought kayaks and took them to Albee Beach using the owners beach pass for parking. The beach was shaded with picnic tabels. Highly recommend. We were also able to walk out dog along the path near the entrance and at the dog park near by. The beds at this home were very comfortable compared to other places I’ve stayed. There were plenty of dishes and linens available for use as well as beach chairs. The home was nicely decorated and the host was easy to reach when I had questions.

Wolfeboro trip
A little difficult to get check in instructions as I emailed her twice starting 2 days before my trip then ended up calling mgt Co and eventually host herself to get inst. Also had to text about what to do with trash and how to use TV as remote didn't work. Otherwise, I love wolfeboro and would love to return soon.
