Duck Tree Lodge - kaunis pensasmajoitus

Mukava ja vieraanvarainen maalaistalo, joka sijaitsee 4 hehtaarin kauniilla Australian bushlandilla ja maisemoidulla puutarhalla. Sijaitsee vain 2 km: n päässä Woodendistä viileässä maassa Macedon Ranges.

Woodend on kaunis ja tapahtumassa oleva pikkukaupunki vain tunnin päässä Melbourne CBD: stä. Se on loistava paikka kävelylle, viinitarhoille, loistavalle mikropanimolle ja maastopyöräilyyn. Olemme 2 minuutin ajomatkan tai 20 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kaupungista.

Duck Tree Lodge on viehättävä kolmen makuuhuoneen koti. Makuuhuoneessa on upea ja maalaismainen queen-vuode, moderni kylpyhuone ja kävellä viitta. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, kun taas kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi kerrossänkyä. Kaksi runsasta oleskelutilaa, moderni keittiö, puulämmitin ja jaettu lämmitys- / jäähdytysjärjestelmä. Odotetusti sinulla on televisio ja DVD.


Perusteet

Duck Tree Lodge tarjoaa upeita viihdyttäviä ulkoiluvaihtoehtoja. Suuri kansi kääri kodin etuosaan, kun taas katettu BBQ-alue tarjoaa näkymät viereiseen bushlandiin. Erillinen huvimaja ja pizzauuni tekevät upeasta ulkona ruokailukokemuksesta.

Lapset rakastavat Duck Tree Lodgea. Nuori talo ja keinu seuraavat 1/2-kokoista koripallokenttää.

Lovely country retreat
Lovely property with great space for family and dogs yet just a stone’s throw from town. Some parts of the house a bit dated but suited our needs well. Great sized backyard with regular visits from the local kangaroos!

A great long weekend
Everything was as we wanted. A pity it was so hot as we would have walked more in the bush. Inside, the aircon kept us comfortable and we played board games and enjoyed great meals. The two youngest still had fun outside eg by making use of the basketball ring.We saw kangaroos each day, even on the back lawn. This is a property to suit all ages. Bianca and Mark were especially helpful

A Special Place
We had multiple family commitments during our stay at Duck Tree which unfortunately meant we didn’t spend as much time at the property as we would have liked. We appreciated (and duly consumed) the chocolates and fresh milk, sat outside enjoying the fresh air and beautiful bush outlook and slept well in the comfy beds.

Incredible place
This place is wonderful, and exactly what we needed. It's bush meets modern and absolutely perfect. Whats better than a woodfire with kangaroos in the yard each afternoon? To top it off they had a big selection of dvds, fast wifi and even toys for the kids! Absolutely brilliant stay, already looking forward to the next time!

Lots of potential
Great location and spaces. No heating in living room except wood heater, so very cold in the mornings unless fire relit. Cleaning not up to scratch, eg old food, open milk and juice left in fridge, freezer compartment full of someone else’s food, cups in cupboard dirty, rugs full of sticks and leaves, old chips and bits of choc wrappers between bed and side table. Description need updating as pizza oven and pergola are no longer in place and haven’t been for some time by the look of it. BUT it could be really good with just a bit more attention to detail.

Duck Tree Lodge exceeded our expectations; it is set in a beautiful location with everything you need to make for a great time away. Family break
We loved the house and the timber furniture. Our dogs had a great time in the back yard and the bush out the back. Woodend had all we wanted, farmers market, brew house and supermarket. It was only a 30 minute walk. We spent a lot of time exploring the reservoirs that were all full and overflowing making a spectacular sight at their spillways. As we left, the wood ducks came out of their tree to watch us go.

Wonderful peaceful getaway!
This property is beautiful! Great place to take a family, with super gardens for the kids to run around and play, the cubby, footy goals and basketball ring kept them entertained! The house is well located close to the Woodend shops, but in a private setting surrounded by trees and bush. Easy check-in and good communication from host. The place was clean and tidy and we had an awesome stay. Highly recommend.

We chose Woodend for a long weekend getaway and to catch up with family. This was a perfect property peaceful, quiet, and very relaxing. Cosy fire for the cold weather. Very close to Woodend shops but so sheltered and quiet We could have been many miles from traffic and noise. An easy drive to Kyneton and Mt Macedon

A lovely country stay!
We stayed at Duck Tree Lodge for several nights in January 2022 to visit friends who live in the Macedon Ranges. The property is in a gorgeous location surrounded by bush and lots of wildlife – we saw kangaroos and wallabies and loads of parrots - and it is close to town which has everything you need. The location and house are just lovely and provided the relaxing break we were looking for! The house has everything you need including a great kitchen which meant our friends could visit our ‘holiday house’ for dinner, as well as lovely living areas and an enclosed yard for the kids to run around in. Communication with Bianca was seamless and the choccies were a lovely treat. We highly recommend Duck Tree Lodge!
