Cute, but...
We stayed here for 9 days. The owner was very responsive when asked a question. Cute house. But from the moment we entered, it smelled musty. I ended up buying 4 Fresh Wave odor removing gel. One for each room. The provided towels were sour smelling and we bought new ones at Target. We were told there were ant traps recently laid out but had no problems. No dishwasher.There was leftover food in fridge that should have been tossed. Overall it was nice to get up and not have to go out for breakfast. It's in a quiet area and only 15 minutes from anything. Papa George's down the road has good pizza and sandwiches. Hemlock Street is gravel and full of major potholes. Be careful.

Perfect size and location
House was as advertised. Perfect size and great location. Communication with host was clear and easy. Very comfortable for 3 people. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals. Bedrooms we’re comfortable. Only slight disappointment was in the outdoor gear (fishing poles, kayak, paddle board) all were not in ready to be used condition. Overall very much enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again in the future.

This was a lovely property for my sister and me to use as a base while we explored the area for a few days. We especially enjoyed sitting by the lake. We found the home stocked with all the kitchen, bath, and linen items that we might need. We were very lucky with the weather — otherwise it might have been a problem that the bedrooms were only equipped with portable fans. We had a great stay!

Hand towels or paper towels needed in kitchen. Bathroom needs an outlet for hairdryer, etc. Also, could use a shelf above toilet for toiletries. Hand rail needed for steps and shower.

Close to Clark U
Place is perfectly adequate, as advertised. For us, best part is that’s it is one mile from Clark U, so perfect for a weekend visiting our daughter there. Clean, basic kitchen supplies, easy access. Equipped at a minimum - only two mugs, two stools at a small table, uncomfortable couch/chair kitchen room. Perfectly fine for our purposes and will probably stay again because of proximity to campus, but it might not be comfy if more than two people.

Fun Worcester house
We had a great stay at the house. It was a bit smaller than anticipated but adequate. There was some old food in the fridge that really should be tossed. The coffee maker was not cleaned at all. Everything else was spotless. Beds comfy and location great. I grew up in that area so it was very nostalgic. Very nice stay.

We had a nice stay at this home. The house was very clean, and comfortable. We were in the area for a weekend. It was a very quiet neighborhood. If we are ever back in the area, we would stay here again.

Not quite as advertised
A major reason for choosing this rental was that it advertised as lakeside. We were hoping to sit by the lake and enjoy the kayak and stand-up-board. The “lake” is inaccessible and the area by the rental is more like a swamp. You would have to walk through at least 6 feel of a muddy shoreline dragging the boat. The water is overgrown with plants and doesn’t appear clean. I definitely wouldn’t want to fall in off the SUP. The area is not for swimming. It is listed as accommodating 4 adults. There are 2 stools at a small island and no place to sit to enjoy a meal together. The owner did warn us about ants in the kitchen and put out traps. Unfortunately, we still dealt with ants. The owner is very pleasant and easy to contact. The location is quiet and close to parks, restaurants and a supermarket. I wouldn’t chose to stay here again.

Nicer than a hotel with more dimension
Great city location behind picket fence with tree shade, calm water, and birdlife as a bonus. Immaculate and tastefully modern inside (felt much cleaner than a hotel), and rustic outside. Our water shoes and fishing gear came in handy. Management responded quickly, but we never had any issues. Watch your footing on the short steps down to the pond. My husband enjoyed catching small-mouth bass from the kayak and let them go to grow.

Great rental
This house was perfect for a Worcester visit to see family. The house was conveniently located for me and it was super clean, quiet and easy. It was nice each morning looking out to Coes Pond and seeing turtles lined up on floating logs. Paul was very communicative and accommodating. I booked at the last minute and because my flight was cancelled, I arrived super late. He made sure that I had all of the info necessary so that there wouldn’t be any other hiccups.

It was a great time
The home is very beautiful inside. It’s is small but was perfect for us. I wished there was an outlet in the bathroom, but we made it work., and wished there was a better dock to take the kayaks out, and the trees need to be trimmed for fishing. The yard was ok, but wished there was a spot for outdoor dining. We did have a really good time relaxing by the fire pit.
