Nothing great.

Hotel was ok. But Resturant was a sham. If you are Asian or black don't go. Had to feed the kids so I waited for 45 minutes. Before I had to go to the desk andpersonally give them my order. Than another 20 minutes for food. Then I had to go myself ask them for ice cream for the kids. 3 times and then also the ice cream didn't arrive. The waitress put us on the last and wonkiest tabe and forget about us. If not for the kids I would have walked off. Resturant experience was a shambless. Looked like they only serve white folks.

We object very strongly to your comments which suggests that there are some sort of racial issues here. We have guests from all nationalities, colours and religions staying and everyone is made welcome. With regards to ordering your food, our menu clearly states to order at the bar but as you apparently only ordered food from the Children's Menu we are uncertain if you looked at the Main Menu, although our staff working that evening assure us that they verbally informed you to order at the bar. 20 minutes for the delivery of freshly cooked food is not unreasonable and we provide a colouring sheet and crayons to occupy children while they wait. Regarding the ice cream, unfortunately it was very busy and food service can take longer than expected. Our waitress had no option but to put you on the last available table as the restaurant was fully booked. We have nothing further to add and believe your racist comments to be totally unreasonable and out of order.

hotel is a workers hostel

Pros: location , funeral on Moor road
Cons: fridge , aircon , fan , hand rails , lifts , less noise , less noisy banging water pipes a toilet that flushes and refills with out trouble.
Location: xx
this hotel is a workers hostel for Sellafield, its no place to stay if you want a lay in, the door banging at 6am ,from the room doors , then inner door then followed by outer door then if thats not enough door banging followed by the door banging of car doors ,and cars leaving the car park.we chose this hotel, has a big family and had family funeral on Moor road, location only , we did eat in the restaurant the food was very dry no oil or sauce and thats in my salad.dried out chips, dried out chicken strips from freezer to fryer how wrong can you get it !!! very very disappointed, theirs no lifts for disabled traveler to our floor ,no Aircon, no fans ,no safe, no fridge for my medication or water, no complimentary water or juice on arrival ,dangerous slippery walk in shower far too smooth,no hand grips within, the noise from next room using water pipe banging from using toilet or shower, having to go back to own room toilet as it constantly filling up and wont STOP filling the system, room 28. we paid £93 per night would not offer to pay more than £35 , very very disappointed
