The staff at the Quality Inn were amazing. They went above and beyond to make our stay the best. They were friendly, competent, and all around just helpful. The manager was great he allowed an early check-in as we arrived approximately an hour early. Housekeeping were exceptional our room was spotless. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Upon check-in I was told that somebody else got checked into my room. They moved us upstairs where I was met with a room with bed sheets that appeared to have food wiped on them, when brought to their attention I was told "we only have two people working so we'll get it taken care shortly". By the time I walked back upstairs the phone was ringing and we were told that the manager had to leave for the day and they were moving me rooms because they "couldn't get to it until tomorrow morning". The hallways and rooms were visibly dirty, the staff didn't seem to have any idea what was going on in the building or with the rooms. We changed rooms twice before anything got remotely close to resolved.

I’m not sure where the people who posted bad reviews are getting them from. I would stay in this hotel again and recommend it to anyone. The rooms were clean, sure there are a few specs of dirt on the outsides of the carpet, but there was no mildew smell when we came. We stayed directly across from the front desk. The breakfast was amazing! They even had espresso in the coffee machine. It’s free complementary hotel breakfast, so if you like your eggs over medium, you’re not getting them that way. But there was eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, hash browns along with your average complimentary hotel breakfast-absolutely delicious. The Keurig in our room was clean, we left it open to air out so it doesn’t mold (common sense). We didn’t use the hot tub since we stayed here to use the hot springs because it seems silly to use a chlorinated hot tub if you have natural hot springs available a mile away. And my mom said the showers were “too hot” lol Would stay here over and over again!

We stay same hotel once a year. Love the staff! Room needed thorough vacuuming. I do floor stretches which puts my eyes floor level. Accumulated food bits along edge of beds. Dropped a paper behind TV furniture. Wish I hadn't had to see what I did when I retrieved it. Yuk!

First of all got double charged told me it’s what the bank institutions do so if you’re limited on budget just beware of this. The room was very dirty the sheets have stains the tub was filthy and hair was everywhere had to clean myself before we could shower the pool and hot tub was dirty and the hot tub was cold very little water and full of crap. Thank goodness it was just a place to sleep. But the bed was comfortable

Good but a bit smelly.
Front desk was very nice and accommodating as I arrived late. Daytime front desk was great too. For some reason I got a handicap room. When I opened the door it smelled like a wet dog. Once I had ac on it got better but maybe deep clean the carpet. The location was on edge of town and opposite side of the hot springs which is why I was there. Breakfast was pretty good. There was a lot of variety but the eggs were not good.

The staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, we found a huge spider on our pillow and small bugs around the base of the bed. There was also a lot of hair on the floor in the bathroom.
