Short business trip
"What a great place were my first thoughts when stepping in, and it stuck for the whole stay. Brakfast was fresh and with variety. Evening restaurant personnel was friendly and we got our beers and those deepfried bitterbollen quickly. The bitterbollen were excellent! Room was super clean and cozy. Only minus I had to give because some in the reception staff didn't bother to say hello or even smile back, not everyone but some. I will visit again nonetheless."

"Unfortunately, the service was not at the desired level. I received my room two hours after check-in time because my room was dirty. I had to wait a long time.
On the third day, my room was entered after 1:00 by other guests with security!!!
I was not satisfied and did not expect a hotel to be like this!"
