A wonderful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Free parking in front of hotel and just a five minute walk to the Wrexham football stadium and a further five minutes to the town center. Rooms were very nice with a fridge, safe and air conditioning! I would highly recommend this lovely hotel!

I just had one night here and enjoyed my stay. Walked to the City Center only about 10 minutes and met some really nice locals. The staff were friendly and the room was well appointed and layed out nicely. Great TV with many channels to choose from.

The gent on reception when we checked in was super lovely and helpful! We had an issue with our lights but we were off out, but he still went and sorted it for us! Rooms are really lovely, very pleased with them! Great facilities, room nice and cool with the AC. Bed also comfortable, lovely pillows! Bonus findind a mini fridge! Would absolutely stay here again! :)

Upon arrival I was told there was a problem with my booking and they would have to relocate me. I suspect they prioritised a direct booking as apposed to mine via Hotels.com. I spoke to Hotels.com who seemed disinterested in the manner their customer had been treated.
