Spacious, well-equipped kitchen provides everything you’ll need to prepare delicious meals with your family. Dining area with seating for six is open to the kitchen. Full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hallway behind bifold doors.
The recently expanded deck has plenty of seating for lounging in the sun as well as a dining table for meals prepared on the outdoor charcoal grill.

Home sits on a large, professionally landscaped lot with basketball goal and on-property parking for up to 10 cars (including covered parking for four cars on each side). On the ground level is a shared, enclosed hot/cold water shower with dressing room. Beach access is quick and easy via a paved pathway at the rear of the home – no crossing busy streets!
