Great location with beach and walk-to dining. Annoying multiple lobby and door codes ( 4 and 6 digits code respectfully). 2 remotes to the TV that always has an extended learning curve. Overall, very nice place.

Cute place. Would have been nice to have more than one roll of toilet paper. Also the ice maker didn’t work and the ice cube trays were in the fridge empty. Nice touch would have been to have them filled. Also, maybe a couple of small beach chairs would be nice to have there and a couple of refillable water bottles. The last place we stayed had a nice welcome note with a bottle of wine in the fridge. Again, just a nice touch. Thank you

There were issues with the cable both days.They were quickly addressed. My only complaint was the Friday night parties outside that kept me awake. Other than that the stay was great

We enjoyed out stay. Loved the balcony. There were no clear instructions on where to dispose of the trash. Still don't know where we were supposed to take it. We didn't see any dumpster or cans.

Great vacation spot
The location and condo were awesome. Everything we needed…..this sounds picky but a Keurig would have been a nice touch. We did have a problem with the shower drainage and took 4 days to get fixed. But we know it’s the busy time of year. Also I think investing in some new flooring would be nice. I’m trying not to be negative but just some ideas!!

Low key vacation
This was a perfect spot for a low key beach stay with the teens. Close enough to the beach that they could walk back and forth independently without me worrying overly much. Nice area. Beware though- the twin bunk beds are slightly short and the "mattress" on them is not a real mattress, but a thick pad. My 6' teen was WAY to tall to sleep there so ended up on the pull out. At 5'8", it was too short for me as well. Balcony has a water view, but you can't hear the ocean from that distance. The property did have roaches, but this is super common in beach areas, so I was not shocked. The shower pressure was minimal, like standing under a watering can, but that might be a blessing if you get sunburned! Overall, it was a quiet spot to spend a week enjoying the beach.

Last minute thought
This was a last minute thought. I was meeting a client a little over an hour away from the beach. I figured why not take my family and enjoy the beach for a weekend. I came across the listing on Vrbo and to my surprise this unit was available for the weekend. Upon arrival and after checking in we were pleasantly surprised how nice the unit was and at all the amenities provided. It made our stay convenient and easy. Parking was a slight issue as we had a full size truck and parking was extra tight for that particular unit B1 but we managed to squeeze it. Next time will drive our car. Overall it was better than advertised a cosy little place with a lot to offer a few steps away from the ocean.

Great location for people watching and beach access. Wish there were at least two parking spots available. Hard to transport everyone and everything in one car to a place that sleeps six people.

Location is perfection! But not super clean
The location is unbeatable. We could go from the beach back to the condo and back to the beach in minutes. The place is very cozy- so we used our cars to store as much stuff as possible between trips. We had to drive down in two cars and there is only one spot provided. Parking in the public lot is $25 x day. The cleanliness of the place was questionable- I was told ahead that they would be cleaning the condo using the Recommended products given covid... . The sink was dirty, the counters were not wiped down and the bedroom armoire had hair on it. I wiped everything down upon arrival... I was told the next day I could have called and they would have sent maid service, however, I struggled to get anyone to answer my calls due to our check in being around 6 pm on Sunday evening (can check in after 4, not sure what time their office closes??) Additionally, the place is too tight to be in it with maid service :). The carpet is also full of stains, to be expected as this place is likely rented most of the time for beach goers - we just kept our flip flops on the entire time. I would definitely stay here again but will do a full clean upon arrival.

Small living space
The living area was fine for my husband and me but I wouldn't recommend any others. There is only seating for two at the bar to eat Luckily we had wonderful weather so we spent little time at the rental.

First Family Beach Trip
Johnny Mercer’s pier is one of our favorite places to set up for a beach day, so this property was in the PERFECT location. It was so nice to not worry about parking every day, and you could even glimpse the ocean from the balcony. The rental was clean, comfy and was well stocked on kitchen supplies (plates, cookware, silverware, etc.). It was the perfect retreat for our first vacation as a family of 3, and I would definitely stay again. I already miss morning cups of coffee on the balcony with the beach breeze and ocean view!

Charges for many small amenities makes the stay less affordable
Positives: The property was stocked with most supplies needed in the kitchen, it was clean and the condo had a nice feel to it. It is very close to the beach (1 or 2 minute walk) and it was a bonus to have a covered parking spot to get vehicle out of the sweltering summer heat (not all the units had this). Negatives: This property is a bit run down. The shower looked upgraded with new tile but the water pressure was almost non-existent so trying to get sand off after a day at the beach was difficult. The main runner carpet between the front door and the main bedroom would not allow for either door to open if it was in front. The location may be close to the beach, but it was also right next to a very busy bar/college hangout. If traveling with young kids, be warned that it was loud until the early morning hours. It was frustrating that so many fees were added to the base stay price. There was a charge for towels and sheets for the beds to the tune of $25 per set, $25 for a queen bed, $25 for a twin bed, $25 for each towel set and the list goes on. The beds weren't even made up or the towels distributed. We had to make the towels ourselves upon arrival. When paying over $200 per night, I would expect the bed to at least be made. That is on top of the $150 administrative fee and other various fees. We have stayed at many condos owned by various companies and have not been nickeled and dimed to such extent. Nice location, but we will be finding other accommodations for our next visit.
