In addition, at a distance of 800 meters is located station of the Polinka cable car, which can be used to cross the Odra River. The Marina Viator sailing marina is also located next to the project. In the immediate vicinity, on the one hand, Rakowiecki Forest, Park on the Low Meadows, Eastern Park and accompanying them numerous jogging and bicycle routes.
