The PURO is a modern hotel only minutes walk from the main square. Free coffee, tea, hot chocolate in the main lobby. There is a selection of TV channels but only 3 English speaking channels BBC world news,CNN and HBO. The free wifi is also very good.

Smart hotel central

Nothing to complain about, everything to like. Comfortable, clean and smart hotel. Nice restaurant with good menu choices. Breakfast caters for most people including bacon and eggs for us! Would definitely go again. Staff friendly and speak English

Modern comfy hotel

The hotels locaton is good for nightlife and the resteraunts . The hotel is small but has most things you will need . They have good free wifi and several ipads available to use free in the lobby . You are also given a key card that enables you to have several free hot drinks from the coffee machine ea day . The hotel and rooms have a very modern feel . My room had a control unit on the eall that would let you control a variety of things in the roomlike heat level . Lghting level and even received messages and let you change the colour of the lighting in the room . I had a plesent stay at the hotel . The only thing i would say is the staff do there job efficiently but arent paticually friendly or chatty . From my experience in poland i would say this generally is how polish people are in general . I would certainly go back to the hotel if i was in wroclaw again and would check out there other hotels in othercities

Staff politeness wanted

Hotel is very well located, good value for money and amenities, however someone in company management should explain staff personal that politeness is a must in a hotel! Cleaning ladies they all very nice and polite, they all say good morning. The desk staff at the reception and bar/restaurant absolutely arrogant not polite at all when asked for a favor like call a cab. They do not in any case value the fact that you are a guest of their establishment and they do not give you the impression to feel welcomed. And I spent 2 full weeks in the hotel and if you feel not welcomed or even worse that you feel bothering them by your presence, the stay turns quickly to a nightmare.

WARM & WELCOMING STAFF AND HOTEL

This hotel was actually better than expectations which is rather unusual as i knew it was going to be nice but the location was wonderfully perfect, couldnt have wished for better. But the staff were quite amazing and so nice and just fantastic, sorry to sound so cliche.......... one million per cent would stay again.

Very nice and clean hotel. Breakfast buffee is very good. Staff is frendly and helpfull. It is easy to walk to many interesting places as well as use tram. I do recommend this hotel!
