Nice hotel
Nice hotel but the staff seem a bit distant, first night we didn’t need house keeping so left do not disturb on second night no one came to room, it is a nice hotel big rooms but to much clutter in room, huge shelves with strange objects like a clock that doesn’t work, would definitely stay here again.

It is really a great hotel in the center of Wuppertal. The staff is great and super friendly. The only think which is not so good is the parking situation. The hotel has only two short time parking spots which are almost all the time occupied by some local cars. A public parking garage is available but it is a little walk and cost 20 EURO per night.

Solo trip to Wuppertal.
Easy walk from main train station. Convenient to shopping and good restaurants. Staff was very efficient and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

This is a very nice hotel the bed is very comfortable and the room was very clean modern with everything you need ! Very clean from lobby to the bedroom many handsantisers and regular cleaning. The negatives i have is the lack of staff was told the bar is not open until January at night i needed help to order a taxi and no one was manning the reception in the evening i stood around for over 15 minutes and when i checked out during the day when you expect to be staff there was no one around so did online checkout and left keycard ok reception desk and left it feel like a ghost hotel because of the lack of staff.one other negative make sure you put a do not desiturb sign on the door as the cleaners let themselves into your while your half dressed i even heard the knock on the door and said come back later but they still opened the door. Maybe they didnt hear properly i dont know. Apart from this I would stay here again but staffing needs to better and house keeping needs to be trained to knock twice on door the door entering the room as some guests could be sleeping or doing other things.
