Excellent value and quality service
This was my first stay at Holiday Inn and all things considered, it far exceeded my expectations. The location wasn't far from the airport and there will apparently be a new commercial center on the premises in the near future. The staff was friendly and accommodating, tending to my every need, the room was clean and in good order, and the price was reasonable. Though I didn't eat there and can't comment on the restaurant, the gym was well equipped, and there were all the expected amenities of an international hotel. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Nie wieder!
Gerne hätte ich dieses Hotel schon vor meiner Reise zum HolidayInn direkt nebenann umgebaucht. Natürlich hätte ich auch die Differeznz bezahlt. Das wurde vom Hotel abgelehnt, mit der Begründung es würde ich um zwei unterschiedliche Hotels handeln. Warum die Mitarbeiter ständig zwischen den Hotels wechselten, ich Im HolidayInn ausgecheckt habe und Werbung dieses Hotels im Express hing, erschließt sich mir nicht ganz. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war schlecht. Es wurden werder die Flächen abgewischt, noch die Polster oder der Teppich gesaugt. Die Handtücher waren teilweise fleckig. Absolut ekelhaft! Es wurde keum Englisch gesprochen. Eines morgens hat mich die Rezeption mit dem Taxi zum Flughafen geschickt obwohl ich extra eine Ardesse in Chinesisch vorgelegt habe. Das hat nich eine halbe Stunde und 45 RMB extra gekostet. Es konnten keine Flugtickets an der Rezeption ausgdruckt werden da man wohl generell nicht drucken könne.Das ist im heutigen Zeitalter schon ein Armutszeugniss. Das Frühstück bestand zum großen Teil aus chinesischen Speisen. Die wenigen Croissants waren hart und schon älter. Das Geschirr war oft angeschlagen. Die Klimaanlage hat gestunken, sodass man diese nicht benutzen konnte. Es war im Hotel auch eine Jugend Hockeymanschaft untergebracht was eine erhöhte Lärmbelastung in der Nacht nach sich zog. Außerdem waren am Mogen die Gänge mit Fastfoodverpackungen gesäumt. Die Wlan Verbindung ist oft abgebrochen und war extrem langsam.

Relativ neues Hotel, welches aber weit von der nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit entfernt liegt. Ca 30 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Stadtgebiet befindet sich scheinbar noch im Aufbau. Leider war die Sauberkeit und dem Entsprechend auch der Zustand der Zimmer schlecht. Es waren weder die Ecken noch die Flächen im Zimmer sauber. Nach der ersten Nacht musste ich das Zimmer tauschen, da das Zimmermädchen die Fenster geöffnet und alle Lichter eingeschaltet hat. Dadurch waren gefühlte 100 Moskitos im Zimmer. Nur durch die 10 Minütige Anwesenheit im Zimmer um meinen Koffer zu packen würde ich drei Mal gestochen. Das Zimmer welches ich dann bekam stank nach Rauch. Das dritte Zimmer war dann halb Wegs in Ordnung, aber irgendwann hatte ich Nachts um 22 Uhr auch keine Lust mehr mit der kaum Englisch sprechenden zu diskutieren. Das Frühstück war im Chinesischen Stil. Für einen Europäer eher nicht geeignet. Es gab eigentlich keinen Teller und keine Tasse welche keine Beschädigungen aufweis. Englisch wurde im Hotel kaum gesprochen. Weder an der Rezeption noch vom Hotelmanager selbst.

New hotel, opened in 2018 Q4. Staffs were friendly, and room was clean. Breakfast selection was fair, but they had a chef to make hot noodle soup. Location was in new developing area. I needed to go city centre, and costed about ¥45, 20 min.
