Fantastic apartment, facing East/Southeast, located on the first floor of the residence/complex "Xeresa del Monte", attached to the mountainside, near the town of Xeresa, 8 km from the city of Gandia, capital of the region, and 3 km from the nearest fine sand beach in the municipality of Xeraco. Its geographical location offers, therefore, a calm and serene environment, away from the madding crowd, ideal for recharging batteries and resting.
Accommodation on one floor, spacious and comfortable with a maximum capacity of 4 people, it consists of a living room/living room with sofa, armchair and 4k large screen TV, dining area with large table and four chairs, fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher), a bedroom with a 180 x 200 double bed, built-in wardrobe and adjoining bathroom with a large shower, another bedroom with two 90 x 200 beds, and wardrobe. A second bathroom, next to this last bedroom, also with a generous shower tray (walk-in). The surface of this first set is 75 m². Includes air conditioning and internet (fiber optic), and 4G mobile network coverage in the residence. It offers a large 44 m² terrace facing East/Southeast. Furnished with plants, large garden furniture, a table and four chairs, from where you can enjoy a clear view of the nature reserve and the Mediterranean Sea.
Easy parking in the streets of the residential. There are exterior elevators to move between a large community area and the three pools (maximum depth 1.40 m). These with their green landscaped surroundings, with a waterfall and two jacuzzis, provide relaxation and well-being for the whole family. Available: deckchairs, cloakroom and toilets.

After signing the rental contract, tenants undertake to take note of the welcome book, with all its practical information, advice for the proper use of the accommodation equipment and rules of coexistence in the residential. He undertakes to respect and apply them.
Included in the price:
Sheets (change every 15 days for long stays), and handtowels (x 2) and bathtowels (x 4).
A daily electricity consumption of 17.15 kWh or weekly of 120 kWh. Any excess consumption will be deducted from the deposit of €200, at the current price at the time (X€/kwh) on the vendor's invoice.
The deposit will cover any damage or in case of non-compliance with the departure time. This will be returned in whole or in part, once the last electricity consumption bill has been received within the contract period.
Important: a vehicle is essential to get around, to shops, cafes, restaurants and many other services that are in the vicinity and on the beach of Xeraco. The renamed, wellknonen and wonderful Gandia beach, 8 km away, offers all kinds of shops and services, as well as a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, etc.

Leuk en schoon complex geweldig voor het gezin met jongere kinderen. Auto wel een must want verder is er niets in de directe omgeving.
