Welcome to Casa Jadaryga, we are an officially licensed (VV3530002360) villa on the exclusive phase 5 development of Faro Park (within 100 metres of a spectacular coastal path) in Playa Blanca.

This very special 3-bedroom, 2 Bathroom Villa with its own private heated pool, has recently been significantly upgraded, and now boasts a fully covered and tastefully furnished c27 square metre roof top terrace and an expanded and enhanced downstairs eating and seating area. Both the roof terrace and dining area have been designed to allow year round usage, for either an Al-Fresco or fully enclosed viewing and/or dining experience dependant on our guest’s personal preference due to the array of sliding windows and doors. The fully covered terrace allows for magnificent sea views 365 days a year, as it can afford total protection from the wind and cool evenings, quite a unique feature for a rental villa on phase 5 and to our knowledge (at time of writing) on Faro Park.

This luxuriously finished villa boasts spectacular rooftop views of the Atlantic, and the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos. The villa offers free WIFI, IPTV with extensive English and foreign Sports (including Sky, TNT etc), Films, Kids and Videos on demand, as well as the regular UK channels with catch-up. There is also a DVD player should you wish to watch your own favourites.

The villa has open-plan lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen, where we have recently fitted a drinking water filter in an effort to reduce plastic waste and strain of carrying heavy water bottles from the supermarket and recently replaced Dishwasher, Oven, Fridge/Freezer, together with a new Washing machine and a separate Tumble dryer conveniently located in an adjoining Solana.

We have provided a mop and broom for your use, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer for your laundry. If however you prefer to have a midweek visit from the housekeepers to change the towels this can be arranged at additional cost, with a price provided on request. .

Faro Park and Lanzarote in general is a low crime area, however for your comfort and safety we have installed an alarm system which is directly connected to Securitas who together with the local law enforcement agencies and our maintenance team will ensure any issues are dealt with swiftly. You will notice that there are security photo / movement sensor cameras (not video / cctv), discretely placed in rooms downstairs and on the first floor. As a rule we leave the shutters on the cameras open to enable remote pictures when the property is not occupied and maximum security. If you are not comfortable with this arrangement please let ourselves &/or our maintenance team know and we / they will arrange to close the shutters, which switches the sensors into "movement sensor only" mode during your stay which would reduce their effectiveness but would satisfy your requirements.

Playa Blanca has fantastic weather all the year around which makes Casa Jadaryga the perfect get-away.

Wonderful villa

Fabulous holiday!
We have just spent a week at Casa Jadaryga and we had a really wonderful holiday. The location of the villa was brilliant, with lots of restaurants and a shop within a few minutes walk. The villa was beautiful and very well equipped. The pool was lovely, and the roof terrace might just be our new favourite place to be! So peaceful. Thank you so much to Jan, and Chris and Kelly for a wonderful stay. We can't wait to come back 😊

100% would recommend!!
Not a single thing to fault here, we had the most relaxing and comfortable stay here. We thing was as described and shown in pictures. To be honest the pictures do not do this villa justice, it is stunning and so homely. The heated pool was the highlight of our stay for the kids, it was such a nice extra to have! From the very beginning the hosts were so helpful and kind. Communication with them was smooth and efficient, they really did everything within their power to make this a pleasant stay for us as a family. The neighbourhood is so beautiful and peaceful, just a short 5min walk to the mai strip of shops and restaurants. We ate at a different restaurant each evening and every meal was so good! Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely stay here again if we were to return to this area.

Great return
A great family holiday with my husband and 2 girls. A fab villa, very clean, well equipped and great location. Some really good places to eat and drink and a few really good convenience shops, reasonably priced. A return trip after 8 years and definitely not leaving our return as long. Hoping to stay here much more in the future. Kelly was quick to reply to any WhatsApp messages and was a pleasure to talk to.

Lovely Property.
A fantastic property in a great position. Everything you could expect was provided. Great communications with the owner, easy communications with the property care team if you need anything when you are there. We defiantly highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Lanzarote. The pool was clean and regularly cleaned during our stay which kept it to a very high and clean standard. We had a lovely stay at Jan’s villa. Communication for booking was excellent. All as described in the listing, and everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool is lovely and private. Fantastic views from the terrace. Shops bars and restaurants only a short walk away if you’d rather not drive. We will defiantly be looking to stay again next year.

Fabulous villa
This fabulous villa is in the perfect position if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main resort of Playa Blanca. There are some great restaurants within easy walking distance and 2 supermarkets which are well stocked. The villa was spotless and extremely well equipped with everything you need for just 2 or a larger family. The garden and pool area is well maintained with just a short walk to the sea. Very enjoyable stay
Lovely property, exactly as advertised. The owner (Jan) was great to deal with, and was helpful and communicative throughout, from the initial booking up to the arrival instructions. We particularly enjoyed the enclosed terrace upstairs and spent a lot of our evenings there admiring the views out to sea. The Kitchen was really well equipped for self-catering with everything that you need. The lounge had comfortable seating and a really good TV system, lots of channels to choose from and very easy to use. We have stayed in Playa Blanca several times in various different areas of the town. In our opinion, Faro Park is the best overall location. It has some fantastic places to eat within walking distance, lots of variety, something for everyone's taste and budget. The stand outs for us were Casual Seafood and Gusto (eating in) and Flavours who offer a fantastic service for takeaways as well as a very good restaurant. The local supermarket and mini-market are really well stocked and handy if you don't fancy a trip into town. Great villa, great location, what's not to like!

Delightful Visit
This property is spacious, functional, and immaculately maintained. All the amenities you would require are present , the heated pool and surroundings are spacious and attractive .Location is perfect , less than 5 minute walk to coastal path with incredible views of the ocean and sunsets . Very easy walk to local shops and restaurants . Check in was a breeze and the information booklet supplied by the owners covered everything you needed or could imagine . The maintenance staff were very friendly and supplied fresh linens half was through our 9 day stay . Very easy to communicate with Jan who was very helpful and responded quickly . We spent a perfect Christmas at the villa and loved everything about it . I highly recommend it and would certainly stay there again if I am lucky enough to return !

What can I say ?? Amazing villa lovely swimming pool very clean sun room upstairs was lovely, never used the dining room as we ate outside because of the lovely weather. 5 minutes walk to the strip of shops and plenty of restaurants. TV was a bit hard to find the 20 channels , still couldn’t do it when we left but we are not very good at technology. Thank you Jan and Dave for our fab week

Simply idyllic!
An idyllic villa in a peaceful setting and from the booking process until our departure day, things couldn't have been any easier. The property owners were a pleasure to deal with no problems, no fuss and no pressure, making us feel almost part of their family. The Villa managers Chris and Kelly were both helpful and discrete and always willing to help and ensure you were happy. The property itself was spotless, well maintained and so welcoming from the minute we walked in the door that 1st evening. Located only a stones throw from the ocean on one side and a 5 minute walk to the local village on the other it offers the perfect location for those wanting to take it easy. You can watch the sun sink behind the horizon before strolling down to the avenue for an evening meal or night cap. The best place we as a family have ever stayed and we look forward to our return... A Very Special Holiday
We spent a wonderful week at the villa, a taste of luxury while being a home from home. Wish we had booked for longer! The neighborhood was quiet, and shops and restaurants were close by. Beds comfortable, we truly couldn’t have asked for more. And Jan was quick to respond to emails. We had booked pre Covid-19 and had our doubts we would ever get there, but we did and had a very special holiday. Just perfect for our family’s needs. Very impressed and no complaints. Highly recommend this lovely villa
We have stayed in many villas on Faro Park but this one is really special. The first floor room is absolutely perfect for sundowners and nibbles whilst watching the sunsets over the sea. The villa was spotless, very tidy and very comfortable. The fact that the dining area has been enclosed and made into a proper room was also great. Many of the villas have this as open to the outside which is OK in summer but in winter it can be chilly at night. The pool was lovely and warm and the loungers very comfortable. We never were short of hot water and the appliances are all very good quality. We will certainly go again. Thanks to the host, Janet for addressing any questions we had very promptly.

Perfect villa and location for a relaxing break.
Perfect villa and location for a chilled and relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle. The villa exceeded expectations in size, decor, amenities, outside space and the opportunity to enjoy a holiday with facilities to be together, or indeed find a quiet spot to just have a coffee alone. The upstairs terrace was quite spectacular for relaxing enjoying panaramic views. The location is quiet, but a short stroll brought you to a very well stocked supermarket and several restaurants. You didn't need to go any further afield for varied meals for your stay. Going into Playa Blanca is around an hour's stroll, or the bus was very punctual. Taxi around 6 euros, just a warning they are not as many available at the moment. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend this property, Kelly and Chris popped around to check on us and we're very helpful.
