Casa de Luz is a luxury villa sleeping 6 (plus infant) the villa is officially licensed as a tourist villa. Located in Phase 5, FARO PARK, an exclusive development adjacent to the coast. The villa is fitted to a high standard, with marble floors throughout, no expense has been spared to create a welcoming and comfortable base from which to enjoy a great holiday.

The villa's location affords panoramic sea-views from its large roof terrace across the channel towards Fuerteventura. The roof terrace provides private sunbathing and also makes an ideal location from which to enjoy a long drink and watch the sunset.
The villa has very spacious, south facing, terraces with a choice of covered dining areas and ample outdoor seating, adjacent to the private heated pool.
The pool is heated to approx 28c and there is an adjacent warm, pool shower. The Hot Tub area is south facing and sheltered so can be enjoyed at any time of day or in the evening - it has views across the pool into the sub-tropical garden.
The villa enjoys a quiet, private setting at the end of a cul-de-sac with a vast green zone to one side. The large built in BBQ area provides a great opportunity for dining al-fresco on the sunny south facing terrace, the pool remains in direct sunlight all day. There is a covered Solana, with sliding doors, which provides indoor dining at night. The villa has a large, well planted, sub-tropical garden and enjoys views, past the lighthouse, towards Fuerteventura.
The villa is a short walk to spectacular rugged coastline (150 metres away) there is a very good range of local shops (5 mins walk), including two supermarkets, several bars/restaurants and a small bakery. Free Wi-FI & WiFi TV also included. TV has numerous international channels including standard British TV channels, SKY and numerous international channels including German & French channels. Faro Park is also on the 'town circular' bus route with a stop outside the local shops. Buses are inexpensive and run all day until very late in the evening - they are an easy option to get into the centre of the resort quickly. Alternatively, a long leisurely stroll along the coastal promenade will take you past many beach bars & restaurants en-route to the resort centre. Casa de Luz represents the best of both worlds with the main resort attractions being easily accessed, its own good selection of amenties close by, plus the benefits of a private villa with its own pool, Hot Tub and well planted garden.

Amazing property, great location, well appointed, and terrific owner.
We thoroughly enjoyed the villa. It was well appointed, very well decorated and furnished. The outside is incredibly well designed, lots of different spaces and lush with palm trees and other plantings. Unlike most villas, the beds were actually comfortable and provided a great night sleep. Will be staying here again…

Just Amazing
We were lucky enough to stay in this wonderful Villa for 4 weeks, having our daughters and family fly out for a week each during our stay. For 2 weeks of our holiday there were 6 of us. The spaciousness of the Villa made it so comfortable for us all and the garden area is just an oasis of calm and fun with an abundance of furniture to suit everyone. So gorgeous when all the garden lights come on in the evening. The hot tub and swimming pool were spotlessly clean which was maintained by Andy who was literally checking the hot tub every morning to ensure the levels were correct. The outside shower was so warm that most nights my Grandsons actually showered outside before we went out to the local restaurants, which I must say are amazing and food choices for all tastes if you don’t want to venture into the main resort. Nobody complained that they had an uncomfortable bed and the main bed upstairs was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in. It really is home from home and we didn’t want for anything and all cooking and utensils were of a high standard and plenty of them. Karen is an amazing host and communication with her has been wonderful and we were very sad to leave but we will be back next year. Excellent villa in a superb location.

Lovely Stay
Casa De Luz is the perfect home from home for your stay in Playa Blanca. The host (Karen) was great to deal with, we had a last minute change of plans due to our flight provider making amendments to their schedules, which Karen handled really well. The Villa itself was clean, tidy and exactly as listed. The Pool and Garden areas were fantastic, lots of seating and sunbathing options....the garden is the best one we've seen, the owners obviously take great pride in it. The local area is perfect for all amenities, there are several excellent restaurant's and shops within a five minute walk. Overall it was a very good stay, we are regular visitors to Playa Blanca and would not hesitate to book again for a return visit in future.

This property has such a beautiful garden and is so well looked after. It was as nice as the photos and looked to be the best garden around the area for colour and beautiful plants. It's very well equipped for a very relaxing holiday (nice to not worry about pool and beach towels for a change) . Local shops and restaurants are convenient. Bus seemed to be reliable, although we had a car. (Bring face masks for bus.) Only downside was the renovations being undertaken to the neighbouring property which were quite noisy and had people on the roof overlooking us. These works would be finished soon though. We were unlucky with timing. We appreciate works need to be done, just bad luck for us. The workmen were very respectful and no music or shouting for example. Owner was quick to try and deal with any issues (one shower leaking). Parents of small kids be aware the pool is quite deep 1.2m and no shallow end (has steps though) and is obviously not fenced. It was a bit deeper than expected. Local shops sell arm bands. Were a bit hot at night so had to have windows open..I was a bit nervous of this with the kids being downstairs, but it seems to be the norm in lanzarote I.e. Windows have no bars. The complex did feel extremely safe. We would love to return here. My review is trying to be informative, but should not put you off staying here. Its amazing book it. We've stayed in the area a number of times & really enjoy it, has enough going on for a relaxing holiday. The villa was perfect this time as the kids joined us for part of the week. Inside its both spacious & very well equipped, outside it's stunning. Everyone could have their own space but come together for a meal, a drink or just watch the sun setting in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay although no surprises as we have stayed in the area before. Location is great for shops restaurants etc but also quiet and 2 mins from the coast. Outside the property could host about 20 people I think ! Inside had everything you could need and we would stay again

Lovely house in a quiet area
It’s a lovely house with a large, delightful garden, a great pool and nices hot tub. Absolutely no complaints. We had a great time there, relaxing by the pool. There is a supermarket nearby which also bakes bread, and there are a few restaurants in the same place. My only comment is that it’s a bit far from the town of Playa Blanca, in a housing estate of mainly holiday properties.

We had a short stay away, & this villa was great close to amenities, lots of room both inside and out would recommend, was very windy while we were there but still able to find spots outside to sit as little areas in different places out of the wind. Hot tub was a bonus so was the heated pool. Only downside because of the wind quite noisy in the up stairs room at times of night ( not a lot can do about the weather) . Overall great for a family or group of friends.

Perfect villa on Faro Park
Everything about this villa is brilliant. We had some very windy weather and cold days but there are plenty of sheltered places to sit and enjoy whatever sun there was and the pool and hot tub were great. The new glazed solana upstairs was ideal for us to shelter, take in the views and watch the sun go down. Faro Park has everything for a great holiday, we have been coming here for 7years and this is the best villa we have stayed in. Thank you Karen and Andy
