We had a very nice experience at this hotel. The room was nicely maintained, the bathroom was very clean, the beds comfortable, etc. Parking was a problem as there was very little at the hotel proper, there was a small lot across the street which also became full, and what one did after that, I have no idea. It is the perfect hotel for catching the CAT Ferry as it is very close to the port.

the property is conveniently located with easy access to the waterfront. The workers were all very polite and friendly and made a point to acknowledge you. The restaurant was convenient but not 5 star. Supper was mediocre but breakfast was great.

The hotel is located on the Main Street and near the ferry. Nearby restaurants are limited, and no nearby restaurants were open at 7 AM. The hotel may want to consider offering breakfast.

Hotel is on the Main Street in Yarmouth and is minutes from the ferry. Restaurants are limited and the only ones open early are fast food and are a few minutes from the hotel by car. Would stay here again because of location to the ferry and the waterfront and because of staff hospitality.

Great room with a wonderful view of the harbor. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only issue is there isn’t good signage for parking which makes for some confusion at checkin.
