Avenue 30 in Yerevan is an excellent choice for accommodation. The hotel's central location makes it incredibly convenient, with everything you need just a short walk away. However, please note that it is situated in a secluded area. The staff are exceptionally polite and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and quiet environment.

Clean recent hotel in the center
The hotel was very clean. Rooms are recently renovated and furnished. Friendly staff. The entrance to the hotel is somewhat hidden in the local yard behind the barrier. Can be intimidating but otherwise very good place to stay in the center of Yerevan.
