The room was clean and open. The view was incredible and the staff were very polite always greeting us if we walked past.

Friendly staffs
The staffs were friendly as I managed to get my 'breakfast package' in time due to early morning check-out. But my room located on the ground floor which is next to the car park seemed a bit less than ideal.

以前にも同じ問題に遭遇した方がいるようですが、明らかに朝食込みで注文をしたのに、現場では朝食なしで処理されており、私の場合は知らずに朝食を済ませた後にその場で代金を請求されました。この手違いはホテル側の責任ではないのかもしれませんが、この請求の際の従業員の態度がたいへん威圧的で、客を疑うかのようで不快でした。そのほか部屋のバスタオルが非常に不潔で、どうやら足拭きと共用しているようでした。またホテルが幹線国道に直接に面しており、客室の窓も貧弱で、深夜から早朝まで騒音が止みません。特に低周波系の騒音に弱い人は眠れないのではないでしょうか。

朝食付きで予約したがレストラン入場拒否された
2泊朝食付きで予約したが、朝レストランへ行くと別料金と言われた。それから予約確認書をネットで取り寄せたり、カスタマーへ連絡したりで時間要し、観光日程に影響が出て不快な思いをした。予約確認書は、間違いなく朝食付きになっていたが、フロントにも別料金と言われ、最終的に2日間朝食抜きだった。

トランジットで早朝フライトだったので1泊だけの滞在しました。 空港から徒歩20分くらい。 部屋は広くて設備は一見綺麗ですが、特に水回り中心に古さや清潔感にかけるところがありました。 wifiはかなり弱いです。 安さを選んでここにしましたが、もうちょっとお金をだして空港により近いところを選ぶ方がいいかもしれません。 空港と反対側に歩くと10分弱で道の向かい側にショッピングモールがあり、スーパー、カフェ、レストラン色々あります。 ただ、歩きですと交通量が半端なく多いので渡るのが怖いです。
