This hotel is located within a walking distance from Yokohama station, which I liked. The downside is that not all front desk people are friendly , like you would expect from Japanese people. Some staff didn’t even say anything (greeting) when I returned to hotel from outside. I was staying there for almost 1month. After the first week passed, I noticed there were a lot of garbage left under the bed. I don’t know how long they were there, but obviously it has not been cleaned properly. They responded to my message quickly and the room was “semi” cleaned right away. The very good point I should mention is that the water pressure is pretty good, so you’ll get a good shower every day. This property is definitely suitable for a long term stay customer.

It was only one night stay to my trip final destination. The room is small, however, the bet is clean and comfortable. That’s quite important to me. It was a nice stay as one night. Thanks!

love the stay but it’s not that clean for me, i asked the front to change the hot water pot because it’s dirty and he told me he going to wash it but i really wanted a new one. When i opened the curtain it was so dusty! and the towels smells bad.
