It is an older hotel but well maintained. The staff was phenomenal. They were very welcoming. They also took the time to help us both with figuring out the Pasmo app.

The staff were very accommodating with everything from check in to order cabs for departure. The room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was filled with all the amenities needed. The area around hotel was walkable but not great for wheelchair movement. Lots of stores and restaurant choices all witin walking distance. The restaurant in the hotel was wonderful very tasty food and choices. This hotel was a wonderful experience.

The pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. We found out you have to pay to use it. This was not disclosed anywhere when we booked. If we we knew, we would had gone to a different hotel. We paid around $90 for one day, as my kids were looking forward for the pool.

Triple rooms here
Was able to book a triple room here, which is perfect because we had three adults. We booked the suite, and it was so large and lovely! Had one and a half bath. We loved the area, it was in Chinatown. We were getting on a cruise ship, and it was an easy walk over to the pier.

Easy access from Haneda airport and minutes away from the Yokohama Chinatown and walkable to Don Quiote's. Very helpful concierge and staff. Room included amenities for a comfortable night, but rooms and decor are a little dated. It could use more outlets.

In the heart of Chinatown. Some of the rooms need updating, especially the beds and pillows. Too stiff and firm to my liking. Otherwise, a decent hotel to consider.

It was a stop on the bus route from Haneda Airport. There were many dining options and a convenience store nearby. I was particularly impressed with the great service and personal attention of the staff at the reception counter and that of the bell captains. Personally, I would like to thank Junko ( the gal with the “Kiwi” accent) for her concern and exceptional service.
