Overall the property was well maintained and rhe staff was excellent. Each time i needed help with the language barrier someone at the desk spoke pretty good english. The bathroom was larger than ny previous room which was nice. Bed was pretty firm, which was fine. They had fluffier pillows too

Convenient stay
Nice stay in a convenient area. The hotel is close to multiple shops, restaurants, public transportation, and bars. There are a lot of varieties so many choices to choose from. A foreign exchange currency is close by and offer good rates

This hotel is in prime location! So many food options nearby we were able to walk everywhere we needed! Really convenient having a McDonald’s at the end of the block because that’s where we went for breakfast. We did opt in for the complementary breakfast and paid extra for it, but we did not like the options so that was kind of a waste. Next time we’ll book again without opting into the breakfast.! This is a very quiet hotel with washers and dryers, which was extremely beneficial, especially because the washer and dryers were built in so I didn’t have to come back and change the load. My clothes are dried at the end. The staff was very friendly however cleaning the hotel room was a must after four days and we didn’t really want a room service but we had to get it. All in all we had an amazing day at the staff was very friendly and helpful even with the language barrier.

This is a cashless hotel
I will only comment on check in. Upon arrival was greeted by front desk agent who advised me that I could only pay for stay with my credit card, which was something I did not want to do. I always pay cash and when I made my reservation on Hotels.com it said nothing about a cashless hotel. The guy at front desk said he will override and accept cash this one time. Considering this is their policy, I most likely will not stay there again. Had room with Queen bed, I though would be bigger other than that, all was good.

The best thing about this hotel is the location because it's so close to Haneda Airport. The hotel itself is close to train station and has a lot of shops, malls and restaurants within the vicinity. The double room is good and quite bigger compare to other hotels considering that Japan hotel rooms are known to be small. It was my 2nd time in this hotel and would love to stay again in the near future.
