The first room i got was terrible. Air conditioner was dripping water on the bed and room smelled very old and funky. Thankfully the staff changed my room after the complaint. The second room was great. Nothing to complain about. Room was spacious and you are in a walkable distance to all the famous attractions in yokohama. Would have given 5 star if it wasnt for first room i got.

It’s good subway is actually outside of building . It’s too bad the staff doesn’t go out of the way to inform the client the family mart , 7/11 around the corner . Extremely sad they don’t tell you there’s a supermarket across the street , brick n white? Coffee shop , pizza place etc right across the street . Building is on older side that could use renovation. The bed is extremely hard, actually sleeping on a box spring. We have a double bed room , extremely hard for my husband or myself to climb in n out because bed is smack against the wall. When I asked if they have another room for us to change for easier access . They charge the difference. It’s not much , but I feel that it’s on the petty side. The ONLY ACCESS/ their pride would be having a worker like UCHIDA. She went out beyond her duty to print out a map / instruction on transportation for our inquiry. Excellent service .

・立地が最高。地下鉄出口出たらそこにある。 ・周囲に飲食店はないがコンビニが数件あるので困らない ・アメニティバーに備えてあるもののが種類豊富でとても良い。フェイスパックまであったのは驚いた。 ・水回りがそこはかとなく臭う。 ・浴室の蛇口周りの清掃が甘い。黒カビと水垢は掃除で何とかなるレベルなので、定期的に対応したほうがよい。

Excellent service. Remarkably quiet, despite its location near a busy boulevard. The fridge did not get very cold and the room A/C struggled to cool our room in mild weather. Bit of a walk for 7am Starbucks, but worth it.
