This is a very good basic hotel. The staffers don't speak much English, but with the automated terminal checking in/out wasn't a problem. As far as the hotel condition goes, it could overall use some updatting but otherwise it's clean and comfortable. Breakfast is basic, but for my needs it was plenty and it was a great start on my day. The location is great, near the waterfront, two train stations and Yokohama City Hall is right down the street. No problems; if you don't need fancy and don't want to spend a lot of money then all things considered this hotel is perfect.

Convenient access to Keikyu rail line with service to both Yokohama Station and Haneda Airport -- They include a big healthy breakfast with many options, which helped us a lot on the day we left for the airport.

This was my second time staying here for work due to it's great location for Minato Mirai and the rest of the bay area, a super short walk from Bashamichi station on the Blue line. The room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were great. I've stayed in other hotels around Sakuragicho and this hotel is my preferred pick due to how quiet it is compared with the others.

The first room i got was terrible. Air conditioner was dripping water on the bed and room smelled very old and funky. Thankfully the staff changed my room after the complaint. The second room was great. Nothing to complain about. Room was spacious and you are in a walkable distance to all the famous attractions in yokohama. Would have given 5 star if it wasnt for first room i got.
