Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Bahnhof, was wir toll fanden. Das Zimmer war sauber. Wir haben das feine japanische Frühstück sehr genossen. Das Personal war extrem zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es hat viele Restaurants und Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

親子２人で1泊させていただきました。 環境に力を入れられており、アメニティはすべてフロントから持っていかなくてはなりません。 無料朝食はおかずが無い分、おにぎり具沢山で種類もあり美味しかったです。あとスープ、豚汁ともに満足しました。リーズナブルな値段で十分な時間を過ごせました。

チェックイン・チェックアウトを担当してくださった男性スタッフの対応が、最高だった。会員カードの゙切り替えもお願いしたが、次のお客様をお待たせすることなく実に手際よく、見事としか言えない。心のこもった言葉や表情まで完璧だった。 廊下で出会う女性スタッフも、いつ行ってもあたたかい。朝食のサービスもとてもありがたく、企業努力を感じる。東横INNが好き過ぎて、近所にオーブンしたのでスタッフの申し込みをし、すぐに返信をいただいたが、年齢 制限にひっかかったのか空きがないのか、面接の通知はいまだにこない。
