Stayed 2 nights on the 10th floor. Very nice view of the city. Clean room but hard pillows. It was a little cold the first night. The heater/AC unit would only blow out cold air. I complained at the front desk. The receptionist held up a sign that said the fan was working and that I could rent a blanket. I declined the offer. It was repaired by the second night. Breakfast buffet OK .... not great. Not a large selection and most of the food was not warm. Scrambled eggs cold and mushy.
