Nice place but up-charges for everything
I booked this hotel after a storm resulted in trains being canceled. Booking was easy and extremely affordable but they only offered early check-in for an exorbitant fee and refused to take all three of our bags saying the limit was two. We ended up staying only an hour because we were able to find a local train to get out before storms got worse.

サービス不満
連泊したがドアにタオル交換希望を貼らないと タオルがもらえない仕組みより、サービスは最悪であった。 フロントでタオル交換の紙をもらうが それで済ませようとする姿勢が見える。 連泊してお金をおとすお客様への配慮が全くなく良くこれでサービス業をやってると思う。 あとドアが閉まる音が異常に大きく気になる。
