Beautiful 2 unit property that offers spaces for both gatherings and quiet moments. Perfect for a multi-generational vacation or reunion! The property has a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, and a second floor landing with distant ocean views! Perfect for coffee in the morning. There are 2 decks each w/ grills, both get beautiful sun in the afternoon, with one getting full on sun during the golden hour. There is an outdoor shower and a lawn for the kids to run around if they have energy after a day at the beach! Walk to either Long Sands or Short Sands in 10 minutes or take a daily walk by the famous Nubble Light House. Parking for 5 cars. This property is set-up for comfort, convenience and fun!
