Nubble Beach House- York Beach Oceanfront w/ Amazing Views

Located on the Nubble, this beautiful ocean front home offers an incredible location with amazing, expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean. Private, yet close to everything, you can take a short walk to York's beautiful beaches- about a 12-minute walk into town and Short Sands Beach, and 15 minutes to Long Sands. The Nubble lighthouse, and area restaurants, are located just a short walk from the home. If staying in, you'll be sure to enjoy the sounds and views of the ocean, from the private back deck. This great property was recently purchased by new owners and has been tastefully updated. The Nubble Beach House offers a fully equipped eat-in-kitchen, dining room and living room, all with expansive views to the ocean. The master suite is conveniently located on the first floor, with a remodeled bathroom and private door to the balcony overlooking the ocean. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms and a full bath, with shared access to a private balcony. The new lower level offers a large rec room (with pull out couch) that opens to the outside. There is also a lower-level bedroom with 2 additional full-sized beds. Beautiful views will spoil you from every room with ample windows and French doors to truly allow the outside in. It's a great location between Short and Long Sands Beaches, and just a short walk from the famous Nubble Lighthouse. This is a wonderful spot that keeps guests coming back year over year!

Please note: Final rental charges to include the room rate, cleaning fee, linen service fee(clean and folded sheets/ towels), Maine lodging tax, and any misc. service fees. We understand that pets are family too. We are pet friendly upon arrangement. A charge of $250will be applied to your rental, should you arrange to bring pets. Amazing Ocean Views
Nubble House was an exceptional, spacious beach property. The inside was very comfortable, plenty of sitting areas, stunning deck and views, kitchen was well equipped with supplies. We tend to cook a lot at home so it was good to have lots of glasses, dishes, cookware and good knives! Property was maintained beautifully outside and super clean inside. The multiple decks were great. Our contact Paula was very helpful and responsive.

Amazing location and thoughtful accommodations
I would go back in a heartbeat! We loved our stay even through our rainy weekend. The views and sound of the ocean all day was so therapeutic, we didn't want to leave. The interior was beautifully designed for a calm, relaxing stay and the extra very thoughtful accommodations from baby to full family and pets were a pleasant surprise. We only wish that we booked a longer visit.

Wonderful Vacation
Perfect house with perfect weather. Spacious home with exceptional decor. Everything was Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Lower level was perfect for my daughter , her husband and two children. We truly enjoyed our first time stay in York. Communication with owner was excellent too!

Good space for four couples, in an excellent location. In a place we love—York Beach Maine! Near the Nubble and the Fox restaurant. Hope we can go back, but travel may be limited as we are in our nineties. Doggone.

The home was beautiful and located in a beautiful setting overlooking the rocky coast of Maine. The house was well appointed with everything a family could possibly need for a comfortable stay. As an avid cook, I would like to also add that everything needed to prepare and serve meals for our guests and visitors was on hand and in perfect order. It was a wonderful stay.

This house was beautiful and comfortable. We loved the hardwood floors throughout. The furniture was very nice and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed having lots of room to spread out. We loved exploring the rocks outside of the house and spending lazy days on the deck listening to the waves and watching the boats go by. We walked to Fox’s twice, Dunne’s, and Short Sands. This was one of our most relaxing and carefree vacations ever. Thank you!

Fabulous Home and Location
We had the best stay! You can't beat the location, overlooking the water. I love that we could walk to everything: town, both beaches, and the lighthouse. We enjoyed the view from the balcony, and loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. It was a short and beautiful drive via Shore Road to the Marginal Way and the Ogunquit Playhouse which we loved as well. We hope to be back soon!!

Perfect Winter Getaway!!
Nubble Cottage is everything that is described and more! The house is immaculate and decorated to make guests feel relaxed & welcomed. The views are spectacular from every window and one can get lost in just watching the waves crash up against the rocks. The owners were extremely accommodating and even let us arrive a day early to beat the snow storm. Paula was also a terrific help and just a phone call away if needed. Even though the area is sleepy in January, we enjoyed a walk along Long Sands Beach and found an amazing lobster restaurant as well! Cape Neddick, York, & nearby Ogunquit are picturesque in the snow & looked like something out of a Hallmark movie! Can't wait to return! Thank you for a beautiful long weekend!

Great family house!
We spent Christmas here and had a delightful stay. Plenty of comfy spaces to lounge and visit, with the most gorgeous ocean views! Enjoyed daily walks to the lighthouse and beach. Kitchen was efficient and had the essentials necessary to cook our meals. Highly recommend and would definitely come again.

Our family celebrated two birthdays and Thanksgiving in this beautiful house. The location was terrific and the views inspiring. Stunning ocean location
We were four "mature" adults and found the house to be arranged well for our needs. One couple downstairs, one up. Had our 3rd set of friends joined us as originally planned, the single upstairs bathroom would have been a bit tight for sharing but workable. We spent as much time as we could on the deck enjoying the view, sounds and smells. Wishing we could have stayed another day or two. Plenty to do in the area.
