Moor Close is a beautiful cottage and is perfectly set on the outskirts of the delightful little village of Alne. The cottage itself has undergone a full refurbishment in 2023 with the owners giving it the love and attention it deserves and made it a fantastic holiday retreat. Surrounded by lovely countryside, this cottage is simply stunning and is everything you would want from a holiday cottage. No expense has been spared and visitors are ensured of perfection throughout.
Enter the entrance hall and instantly gives you that home-from-home feel. With the property being a bungalow every room is across the ground floor. You have a cosy and very comfortable living area which offers a wood burner for those colder evenings adding additional charm and heat along with a Smart TV. Through the hall, you are then greeted by a bespoke country-style kitchen which is well presented, well-equipped and gives you plenty of space for food preparation along with a breakfast bar. In addition, adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with patio doors leading to the patio area. The lovely bathroom offers a superb walk-in shower, a heated towel rail to keep your towels warm and toasty along with underfloor heating. Moor Close boasts three good-sized bedrooms all equipped with TVs and fresh cotton linen guaranteeing a perfect night’s sleep. Moor Close is truly positioned in a fantastic location to explore the wonderful North York Moors and Howardian Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty whether this be on foot or by bike they are both full of fantastic bike trails and scenic walks. Other market towns close by are Helmsley and Thirsk which are great for a day out and a must to visit. It offers so many possibilities with the city of York, Harrogate and the east coast all within easy driving distance. Locations do not get much more perfect than Moor Close!
