Great apartment
What a lovely modern apartment, we had a very comfortable stay for our mini break in York, the apartment had everything we need in it. Loved the welcome gift, such a nice touch. Great location and within walking distance to all the main attractions.

Lovely short break
The apartment is quite small, no drawers etc, however it’s immaculate. Easy walking distance to all attractions. There is a Morrisons /Waitrose about 5 mins away for any necessities you may require and a wonderful welcome pack awaits you.

Perfect for a city break
We chose this accommodation for a city break. Nice modern apartment in a quiet location by the river. Approx. 20 min walk from the station, and 10-15 min walk to the main city area. Local amenities are all in easy reach. Good facilities in the apartment which was in excellent condition and clean. Communications from the team were excellent.

Birthday Weekend in York
No.47 was clean, modern and smart. Big enough for the two of us and just off the city centre, perfect location, walking distance to all attractions, shops, restaurants etc. The bed is a small double so not suitable for a larger couple. The only downside was the temperature of the building was quite warm with no air con and no free parking. I would definitely stay here again

Perfect and close to all amenities
What a find! Cosy, clean and comfortable. The apartment is fitted with everything needed for two people, including tea, coffee, milk and sugar and basic oil and pepper for cooking. The welcome pack is a lovely touch. The view of the canal g8ves a Venetian touch, though nets at the windows might be a good addition as there is a walkway just outside. Very conveniently located with supermarkets just 5 minutes walk away in one direction, and the town centre with the Shambles a short walk away in the other direction. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
