The service from the recetionist to the bar and canteen staff was amazing, 10/10 in fact, the hotel is very up to date, clean and extremely posh, spa area outstanding and the rooms were huge, food was also a 10, breakfast especially, i will be back and i will be held to this as my kids will not stop askimg me to re book aleady, thankyou all x

When we checked in the girl asked us if we wanted help with our bags and told us it is easier to catch a bus into town and what number. The food wasn’t very good and the room was average

On the 2nd night of my stay there was no hot water to my room, very reluctant to come and have a look, sposedly matance were looking into it eventually they moved me rooms to a room that had a burt out pug and a flush that was not in the wall properly.

Facilities in reception, room and bar areas were excellent apart from tv kept switching itself off. Disappointingly slow service in the hotel restaurant when we had an evening meal. Breakfast was good though. Bed also wasn’t made properly, sheets and pillows in same state as when we left the room earlier in the room, just duvet that been pulled up. For the price paid, left with a feeling of disappointment.

Excellent stay with my daughter.
One of the best hotel brrakfasts I've ever had and the leisure facilities were a great bonus. The room was cleaned to a hugh standard every day and i was goven fresh towels despute nit necessarily requesting them.
