This condo has been recently renovated with air-conditioning, an EV charging station, a 50-inch TV for watching DVDs only, and a well-appointed kitchen. Prepare a delicious meal on the barbecue and find ample space to relax after a fun-filled day on the valley floor.

This property is located on the western boundary of Yosemite National Park, so you can hike directly into the park from the front door. It's situated one mile south of the Chinquapin intersection of Wawona Road and Glacier Point Road, at an altitude of 5,100-6,300 feet. Tunnel View is a 15-minute drive from the house, and there is a hiking trail 30 feet away from the driveway.

For larger groups, this condo can be rented together with Oso Lodge upstairs.

Things to Know
During the winter months (affected months vary upon on the weather), all patio items are stored away. The grill will also not be available during this time.
The entrance to this rental is located down the stairs to the left of the home.
The WiFi can be spotty due to the mountain location, and guests may experience occasional outages or slower speeds. Guests should not rely on the internet service for streaming services or working from home.
This home is located inside the Yosemite National Park gates, and staying here provides you with access to Yosemite National Park (no additional reservation needed!). However, guests will still need to pay to enter the gates.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location to explore Yosemite
We had a wonderful time staying at this location. It was very clean and nicely updated. Great location to explore Yosemite park. About 25 minutes to Yosemite Valley or Glacier point. Would stay here again.

Couldn’t access property
There was no stay due to heavy snowfall and road closures. That’s okay, these things happen… except that the host would only communicate through auto-send emails. Vacasa offered refund, no rescheduling, and no credit for a future stay … or anything! When I finally reached a person on their customer support line, they just kept quoting “their policy”. Worse still I keep getting more auto emails asking me how I enjoyed my stay. Annoying and unprofessional. I would not use Vacasa again.
