New listing
Great location, beautiful view from kitchen window. I believe the home is a new listing on this platform. Hosts were great with communication. Just a note, it didn’t have an oven or a washer/dryer in the home.

Worst Stay Ever - Inside and out was dirty & worn
The house was not clean when we arrived, and there were numerous problems with the quality of the interior and exterior.BedroomsTwo beds had been slept in and not changed. The smoke alarm in every bedroom was missing batteries. The heater was programmed at night and I couldn't get it to turn on. A curtain rod fell down on me as I was trying to close the curtains. BathroomsGuest bath: The bathroom was not clean. My daughter set her phone on the counter when we arrived and got toothpaste on it. There were several used towels on the floor and a used hand towel on the counter. We were given extra towels but no hand towels by the cleaner after we called the owner. I had to buy Clorox wipes and wipe the surfaces down because there were no cleaning supplies and the cleaner did not do anything other then change the sheets. When we lifted a towel off the rack, the rack lifted off the fixture holding it to the wall and fell to the floor. KitchenThe kitchen had crumbs on the counter, and when I wiped it down the paper towel was visibly dirty. There was no garbage bag in the trash can. The kitchen faucet came off in my hand. The dishwasher leaked the first time we used it.OutsideThe pool and the patio furniture were visibly dirty and stained.The owner responded when we arrived to call the cleaner and then "apologized for the inconvenience" when I told him that first night that the dishwasher leaked. After that, he would not respond to me.

New property - good start
The owner has some issues to address with this property, but in the end they made it right with us and we plan to come back ! Good location for Joshua Tree park.
