1. Room Condition: The room I received was in poor condition. The bathroom was dirty, and overall hygiene standards were unacceptable. 2. Staff Behavior: The hotel staff was rude and unhelpful during my stay. 3. Reservation Discrepancy: I had initially booked a duplex room, but upon arrival, I was given a single room. Furthermore, the hotel staff informed me that my payment was non-refundable, which contradicted my booking terms. Proposed Resolution: I kindly request a full refund for the following reasons: 1. The hotel did not meet basic cleanliness standards. 2. The staff’s behavior negatively impacted my experience. 3. The reservation discrepancy caused inconvenience and discomfort. I understand that policies may vary depending on the property, but I believe my situation warrants an exception. We stayed in this quaint hotel for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was attentive and professional. The only major challenge is the fact that there is very limited parking close to the hotel. We found a parking lot .2 miles away that was inexpensive and an easy walk. Keep that in mind if you have a vehicle while staying at the hotel. Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We would definitely stay here again given the opportunity…

The location was good. It was only one mile walk to the city center or 20 minutes by Uber. Five euros in taxes for about the same price.. the staff was very helpful!!!

Lovely staff, air conditioning failure
Wonderful staff and breakfast and spacious apartment. The only problem was the reception closed at 11pm we had our air con on max to cool the apartment down but could not turn it off or change it. We were very cold at night and could not sleep much.
