A joke
Where do i start food was like someone had been sick in trays and only thing u could attempt to eat was spaghetti Bolognese for lunch and dinner every single day. Our room was hid behind the back when we asked someone who worked there where it was he said "i dont think we have a 706". The cleaners emptied our toilet paper bin twice in 7 days and only cleaned our room once. Air conditioning was classed as a added extra having to pay for it. And when you book in the hotel take your passports away for your whole trip

Terrible hotel
Hotel staff was very rude plus we paid for all inclusive but there was additional charge for air conditioner and WI-FI.

Not a 4 star hotel
Absolutely not a 4 star hotel. We needed to pay £20!!! Per day for WiFi, the food was the same everyday and it's quality was not that great and the staff was rude, especially in the reception. The area is only for clubbing if you are strong enough to get away of the fights that are usual among drunk people. Drinks are cheap and I would not recommend to drink at all if you don't want any new health problems.

Gut für junge Leute, nichts für Erholung!
Ich möchte in meiner Rezension auf die Kritiken anderer Gäste eingehen, um einiges aus meiner Sicht heraus richtig zu stellen: Das Personal ist keinesfalls unhöflich oder arrogant. Ganz im Gegenteil waren alle immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wie man Menschen anspricht, so schallt es auch zurück. Ein Tipp: „Bitte“ und „Danke“ auf Griechisch ist kein Teufelswerk und von jedermann erlernbar. Auswahl und Abwechslung bei den Mahlzeiten gab es genug, und sie waren meistens lecker. Wenn man sich dann beim Essen umschaute, wurde einem allerdings eher davon übel, dass viele Menschen sich die Teller mit Speisen übervoll kippten, um sie dann, fast unangetastet, direkt dem Abräumservice zu überlassen. Okay, das britische Frühstück ist nicht nach jedermanns Geschmack. Aber auch hier gab es genug Extraauswahl. Sicher, die Soft-Getränke und Fertigcocktails waren Regionalprodukte und mit Wasser verlängert. Wer sich hier beschwert, weil zu wenig Alkohol im Spiel war, sollte sich mal umschauen, was sich kurz nach Öffnung der Bar bereits morgens ab 10:00 Uhr abspielt und sich bis in die Nacht hinein zieht… Da ist eine Hotelpolitik mit Weitsicht schon sinnvoll. Leider meinten Einige, tagsüber am Pool über Smartphones ihr gesamtes Umfeld mit ihrem Musikgeschmack beschallen zu müssen. Was die Lautstärke allgemein betrifft – der Krach stammt von jungen Menschen jeder Nation (nicht nur Briten), die das Schlafen sehr erschwerten. Kein Wunder, wenn die Bars erst von 2:00 - 7:00 Uhr morgens öffnen.

The food was terrible, the staff wasn't at the level required. They were more focused on watching TV instead of serving you at the bar and the women at the reception were more focused on talking to eachother or picking stupid fights with the clients.

מיקום טוב ברחוב המרכזי של Laganas. אידיאלי לצעירים שמבלים במסיבות ולהורים שרוצים להיות בסביבה. אינטרנט בתשלום וגם עם הרבה הפסקות ארוכות. קליטה רק בלובי. גם המזגן בחדר בתשלום נוסף. אין מזגן בלובי ומאוד חם באוגוסט. לא מחליפים מגבות באופן סדיר ולא מחדשים סבונים בכלל. כאשר מתקלחים המים פורצים החוצה ממכסה הניקוז. המלון יפה ונקי. בריכה יפה. הכל כלול: נקודת שתייה אחת בלבד אבל אין תור גדול. אוכל סביר. בסה״כ שווה את הכסף.

Clubbing a zante
Parti en groupe pour un séjour clubbing, on est content de cet Hotel, le all inclusive est correct tant sur la nourriture que sur l'alcool, mais surtout cet Hotel est idéalement placé: au cœur du quartier festif et près de la mer, près de toutes commodités. Je le recommande

jag och min andra 3 vänner bodde på hotellet i en vecka. Hotellet mat var helt ok med tanke på priset, men vi fick nästan varje dag samma maträtter(lite tråkigt).Tråkigt med extra kostnader såsom "luftkonditionering" trots att det inte står att det är mot avgift! Området är mest för tonåringar, så de var välgot många påverkade och de var inte direkt roligt stämning, då vakterna slängde ut folk varje dag från hotellet. De kändes inte att vi var på semester, utan på en skola med många "regler"..... Vilket var irriterande, att vi inte fick sitta vid poolen när vi ville, eller att vi inte fick prata för att vi skulle störa andra? Det är inte normalt att sova kl 21.00 när man är på semester ? Det är helt enkelt inget ställe för barnfamiljer, och inte för andra som vill koppla av. De tråkiga är att de inte städar rummet på en hel vecka, de byte endast 2 gånger handdukar och schampo .. Vi var tvungna att köpa handdukar! Personalen i receptionen var väldigt otrevliga, ingen tålamod, ingen service .. Det bästa är att hotellets chef var alltid på plats och kunde lösa allt vi behövde, väldigt trevlig, glad person. Med stor hjärta och gav alla ett leende och service på hög nivå. Tack till alla som jobbade i baren , väldigt trevliga killar som gav flera hundra personer obegränsad med läsk och drinkar varje dag med ett leende.
