On arrival said I had only booked single occupancy so price went up . Then charged for parking . Noisy underground rumbling nearby. Not a lot of food outlets nearby.Website not clear enough as far as I new I was booking a twin room.
Exceptionally friendly staff, quick check in and out.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Quite good. But expensive.
This hotel is in a converted chocolate factory. Although this isn't as exciting as it sounds.
On the positive side, the room was clean and quiet. The staff were super-friendly and very helpful.
It is situated close to the main station and only 10 minutes walk to the centre of town.
On the downside, the room was a bit tired and the foyer is very small. I think the dining room is in the basement but I didn't bother going there. Also my room was a bit tired and was in a different building across a large yard accessed by a staff operated intercom.
I wouldn't rule out staying there again but I felt it was a bit expensive for the standard offered, although I didn't compare with other hotels in Zaragoza.
No AC on a hot day, the room smelled like cigarettes, the beds were so noisy that we had to put some of the mattresses on the floor. The staff was nice but the hotel was not worth the price. Not even for half the price I would stay there again.
