Location was amazing but services weren’t
Location was great, but it was noisy from traffic in the street. Also, The apartment had old furniture, and was set for only 4 people although we booked for 6 people. We called the lady in the rent office and waited for an hour, but no one came. We also paid about 100€ extra as cleaning fees. We found cockroaches in kitchen cabinets.

This is a one of the worst Appartment you could ever have, it is really dirty with a terrible smell at the building comes from a restaurant in the ground floor, every single item need to be renovated, the kattle, the shower, dirty linens, the room door really everything , sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable for kids as well the main bed, they don’t provide extra pillows only one soft pillow for each person which make our sleep impossible we got extra 2 after 2 days of fighting, no AC only one fan, no elevator, although Zell am See is a fantastic city this Appartment turned our vacation to a nightmare, the lady at we rent office tried to resolve some of our problems after complaining but absolutely she couldn’t manage every issue, was my first time to see a sign inside the ground floor of the building asked you to take off your shoes because we can’t clean the stairs every hour which is very rude !!!!!!! I heavily don’t recommend this Appartment :(

Appartement für Selbstversorger.
Appartement, ausgestattet mit Allem, was man zum Leben braucht (Geschirr, Herd, Kühlschrank etc.) Man ist sehr schnell im Stadtzentrum, selbst der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum See sind es ca. 10 min. (Von "Seeblick" allerdings kann keine Rede sein) Der Einscheckpunkt ist ums Eck. Gewöhnungsbedürftig: Die nicht ganz billige Reinigung kommt zum Preis dazu. Sollte meines Erachtens bei der Buchung dabei sein. Das sehr freundliche Personal hat von uns immerhin keine Kaution verlangt. Das Appartement lag an einer Hauptstraße. Man musste die schallgeschützten Doppelfenster meist geschlossen halten.
