Good place. Clean and comfortable. The bathroom door was broken and we couldn’t close it. Also the TV didn’t work. Good place if you want a clean, comfortable bed, but don’t expect amenities.

The reception status arrogant and rude they increased the parking fee from 31 to 36 per night and they didn’t send me any message or email, when I asked them about this increase they said contact to Expedia while you are not our customer

Big room, Good service
No air conditioning but the fans are there. If you open the window, the airplane sound is very noisy, but the night is none. Amazing was the free drinks and the big room. I would stay one more time when I'll be there again.

Niels was a great host and the check-in was smooth. He went out of his way to make sure we were as comfortable as could be. It was very hot in Zurich and we were surprised/disappointed to learn the hotel did not have A/C. I'm sure this was disclosed as part of the property description, but I had either overlooked or forgotten. Regardless, Niels (Nells, sp?) was great. He got us a new fan set up and brought it right to the room. Overall a good experience.

Very basic rooms recommended for staying just for the night to catch an early morning flight as the hotel is very close to the airport. Not ideal for long term stays. Also, if you are coming in peak summer days then beware that the hotel does not have AC and just have a basic stand fan which does not suffice.

Grotty and generally unclean, with cracks in the toilet and mould in the grout. Place felt like a love hotel, including the oddly sexual references strewn about. Planes are extremely loud from the airport. No air conditioning, but they were kind enough to include a standing fan in the room. Staff tried to do a room cleaning at 8pm (??). No reception until 1pm. Swipe card stopped working halfway through my second day - luckily it was past 1pm, else I would have been locked out for hours.

Nice if you like loud aircraft noise
The best part about this hotel is watching and listening to jets land and takeoff at the nearby runway. Hotel lobby staff were very nice but they only open at 1pm which is a royal pain if you need anything.

Due to the global IT outage on July 19th 2024 all flights were delays. Spent 2 days traveling and reached Zurich on Sunday. Requested a refund. This hotels management refuses a refund. Find somewhere else Zurich. This management sucks

This hotel claim to be for Airport. But it lucks the convinient transportation for the Airport. The only way to get to/from is a city bus, but it is not running at night. And UBER is not allowed to pick up near hotel. Finally we got the front desk to get a taxi for us (there was nobody there for a long time), but taxi costs 30 euro for 4 minutes ride!
