A Great Experience !
This hotel exceeded our every expectation. Perfect location, walk to everything including the train station, shopping, sights and restaurants. The room was spacious even by US Standards, with comfortable beds and sofa. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff was very helpful. We will be back and we will recommend this hotel as a great hotel and great value in Zurich.

**Review of Best Western Plus Hotel Zürcherhof** My experience at the Best Western Plus Hotel Zürcherhof was quite pleasant. The standout feature was the friendly and attentive staff – from the warm reception during check-in to the courteous restaurant and housekeeping team, everyone made sure I felt welcome. A nice touch was the complimentary water, beer, and a selection of soft drinks provided in the mini-bar, which added value and convenience to the stay. That said, the hotel could use some updates to its infrastructure. There were a few issues, such as loose latches in the bathroom and some chipped corners in the room, which detracted slightly from the overall experience. Despite these minor maintenance concerns, the welcoming atmosphere, thoughtful perks, and excellent service make it a good option for a stay in Zurich. With a bit of attention to detail, it could be even better!

It was in a good place to walk around and easy to find a good restaurant. The staff was friendly and reserved shuttles for us. It is noisy at night -but maybe because we were there at Christmastime. You hear the town clock at every quarter of the hour - for good or bad. Inexpensive compared to many. We might stay there again.

Room’s condition and cleanliness wasn’t great. The room was a bit noisy from the street below. You had sex workers In the corner of the street, just near the hotel entrance.

The hotel was an easy walk from the main train station, though there is an uphill/cobblestone section to get to the hotel. All the staff at the hotel were very nice. They had free water in the lobby along with free ice cream, all different flavors. It was fun to pick a new flavor after getting back each night. The mini bar in the room was also free and you could sign up to get free bottles of wine if you didn’t have your room cleaned that day. There is free breakfast which was good and saved money from eating out. The room can get a little stuffy but opening the windows solved that. It wasn’t too hot out but there is a fan in the room. We were on the 1st floor (2nd for us Americans) and it wasn’t loud. The windows blocked a lot of noise. There is also an elevator though it won’t fit more than two people and two medium sized bags. If I come back to Zurich I am definitely going to stay at this hotel. The location is great, near different tram stops and the main train station, the staff friendly, and the rooms nice.

Brilliant!
Stayed here overnight before our flight from Zurich Airport. Very close to the Hauptbahnhof, so ideal on that front. Otherwise this hotel was excellent. The people who work here are brilliant. So helpful and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was superb. Lots of choice and the cooked to order eggs were delicious. Ruhrei with herbs is a particular favourite of mine. My wife's soft boiled egg was cooked to perfection too.

The AC is portable too much work to get it going. The safety deposit did not work. I asked the front desk to get it fixed but didn’t do it. The breakfast is great. The free waiter, ice cream and fruits made a difference.
