Very good stay.
Hotel is very clean and comfortable, quiet and the staff are very friendly. It is also in a great location, with a close walk to the train/tour bus stations, old town and all of the shops and restaurants. Would stay again.

Excellent value hotel within easy walking distance of Zurich Train Station, the main shopping area and Old Town Sites. Our room was quiet, overlooked a canal and spacious enough for 2 smaller cases (though it lacked a case stand).

Overall good hotel. Our room didn't have AC, and it felt quite hot during the night. Low ceiling meant we have to be very careful walking around in the room. Staff was very helpful. They have nice breakfast as well.

Front desk person who helped checkin and checkout was really helpful. All the staff including folks helping at the restaurant for breakfast were really kind and helpful. Breakfast was great! Room was clean and spacious.

Noisy area but nice room and hotel amenities.
There are nice amenities on site. The room was quaint but fully functional and very clean. The only complaint is how loud it was. It’s a high traffic area with car, bikes, people and tram! Keep that in mind. It’s noisy all day except from 12a-4a.

This was our last stay on our trip and everything was perfect. They set up a crib in our room, there was a mini fridge, the location was right next to the train to take us to the airport and the complimentary breakfast for one was great (our son was also free which was a big help). Thank you so much for ending our trip on a positive!
