One of the most spotless hotels I’ve stayed in. The room was quite small but comfortable enough. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was decent but expensive.

Amazing staff at the property! They were always so helpful in whatever we needed. Our whole stay became even more pleasant because of them. The property itself is very well maintained and clean. All rooms, hallways, lobby, courtyard areas were kept clean always. The bar is open 24 hours which is a nice thing for a late night drink and relaxing. Excellent location - just the right distance from all key attractions and in a quiet neighborhood overall so you can actually relax in your room. We had a comfortable stay and I would recommend this to friends and family!

We really enjoyed our stay at Motel One. The reception was welcoming, the property was very clean, and the location was very convenient to walk to the old town or the station. Lastly, the most important thing, the AC was working. I would highly recommend this place.

No refrigerator or phone in room no coffee making facilities no supplied water. Poor customer service from front desk. Was told because we have now payed upfront we can just put the keys in the bowl on the desk when we leave. As if they just wanted the money and that was it. Was not even shown where the lifts where. Overall overpriced for what was supplied.

This is a great modern upgraded hotel option in the heart of Zurich. It has a great bar area and excellent air conditioning. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. However, the bathrooms were very small and we had a constant dripping noise under the sink that was annoying. The bar drinks are also overpriced and there was limited food options. Finally, there was no phone, mini fridge or coffee maker in the room, only basic necessities.
