The hotel was further away from the downtown area than we expected. Having said that, the public transportation was easily accessible and easy to use. It wasn't a long walk to Old town if you wanted to walk ( 30 minutes approximately). Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stayed with family for a week. Good points: - Staff were helpful Areas not so good: - Housekeeping was poor, piles of dirt under the bed and on the AC vent. (Not cleaned despite informing reception) - One of the window blind was broken. - No hair conditioner provided and did not refill the handwash till asked. - Room size was very small and not suitable for family. - Milk was off in one occasion, ran out of Olives once - There appears to be shortage of staff at breakfast - No option to request an omelette/ live cooking - Premises shared with IBIS hotels - kids play area was removed and converted as a waiting area for air Canada crew. - Asked for 20 Franc deposit to issue a UK to EU plug converter. It is not a four star hotel but a good 3 star hotel.

This property has a nice lively vibe to it and people hang out near and outside the lobby late into the night :) Initially, the surrounding area looked sketchy based on our Uber drop (that included driving through what looked like a defunct post-industrial complex), but the place turned out to be quite safe and happening. The only thing that was an issue for us was the size of the tiny elevator, and with our considerable baggage, it took us a few times to get them all moved in and out. Overall, we like the property, and will definitely consider staying here next time.

Leon and Alessia were fantastic. They were very helpful with travel info and everything else. I would also like to mention David, who was very supportive at breakfast hall. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. There are halal foods, Coop stores, Lidl’s, and transportation all in walking distance between 4 to 8 mins. Staying in Switzerland is costly but it is one of the most beautiful countries in the world.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Room service was good. Breakfast was enough and constant for all guests with a variety of different foods catering for all.
